In the center, words do not change. Meaningless things do not arise. All things will be accomplished. Wood shackles, earth seals, iron shackles, as well as downfalls, contempt, discrimination, killing, as well as seduction, deception, etc., insults, threats, scolding, and degradation, etc., if one remembers my name, one will obtain liberation. All those who seek quarrels and opportunities, all those who constantly harbor hatred and speak unpleasant words, upon hearing and remembering my name, will become pleasant to hear. Merely seeing one glance, a mind of loving-kindness will arise. Whomever remembers my name, and for the sake of harming, performs corpse-raising mantras and curses, their enemies will forever be overwhelmed by its power, and all poisons will not be able to penetrate their body. Whomever remembers my name, all dragon kings, rakshasa hosts, garudas, flesh-eating demons, as well as pot-shaped ghosts, evil spirits, possessing cruel minds, stealing radiance, creating terror, and even nightmares, will be pacified. My name, even if remembered for a moment, will not be separated from parents, relatives, and all friends, and likewise, will not be accompanied by hatred. Wealth will not be exhausted, and one will not become impoverished. Whomever remembers my name, from this life onward, will not fall into the Avici hell, will not be reborn as an animal, a hungry ghost, nor will they fall into a place of no leisure. For sentient beings, they will be reborn in the realms of gods and humans. Whomever remembers my name, will not become blind, visually impaired, deaf, or lame, will not become crippled, blind, but will become eloquent and beautiful in appearance. For countless eons, they will be endowed with all faculties. Whomever remembers my name, pure sentient beings, from this life onward, in the buddhafields of the ten directions, will personally witness the birth of the Buddha, will see the Buddha, and will also hear the Dharma. Thus and so forth, with countless methods, I tame sentient beings, which cannot be measured or exhausted. I, the Buddha's son, meditate on one method of liberation, but I do not know all the qualities of those who possess merit. At that time, the bodhisattva named "Not Going Elsewhere" came from the eastern sky and gathered at the summit surrounding the realm of the Saha world.

何耶？当不退转菩萨双足刚一踏上娑婆世界之顶时，此娑婆世界便六种震动，处处皆成众宝之性。彼不退转菩萨，其身放出光明，压倒一切日月之光，以及天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、摩睺罗伽、帝释、梵天、世间怙主、火、宝、电、星宿之光，照亮了一切大焦热地狱，照亮了一切旁生之处和阎罗王世界的道路，一切恶趣之苦当下止息，一切众生的烦恼皆不受损害，悲伤的痛苦和种种苦难也都平息下来。一切佛土都降下珍宝云之雨，降下鲜花、香、熏香、花环、涂香、粉末、衣服、伞、幢幡等一切庄严供养的云之雨，前往世尊所在之处。他的身体和身影显现在一切众生所居之处，为了满足他们的愿望而显现，在那持山者面前，也显现出菩萨观世音自在的形象。之后，菩萨观世音自在对商主之子诺桑说道：善男子，你见到不退转菩萨来到此轮之坛城了吗？回答说：圣者，我见到了。说道：善男子，你去到不退转菩萨那里，请问菩萨如何学习菩萨行，如何精进？之后，商主之子诺桑向菩萨

What is it? When the Bodhisattva of Non-Regression had just placed his two feet on the summit of the Saha world, this Saha world shook in six ways, and everywhere became the nature of many jewels. That Bodhisattva of Non-Regression, from his body emitted light that overwhelmed all the light of the sun and moon, as well as the light of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, Indra, Brahma, the protectors of the world, fire, jewels, lightning, and stars, illuminating all the great burning hells, illuminating all the places of animals and the paths of the world of Yama, all the sufferings of the lower realms immediately ceased, the afflictions of all beings were not harmed, and the pains of sorrow and all kinds of sufferings were also pacified. In all the Buddha-fields, rains of clouds of jewels fell, and rains of clouds of various offerings adorned with flowers, incense, burning incense, garlands, ointments, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and pennants also manifestly fell, and went to where the Bhagavan was. His body and his image appeared in all the places where beings dwell, manifestly striving to satisfy their desires, and before that mountain holder, the image of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara also appeared. Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara said to the merchant's son Norzang: Son of good family, have you seen the Bodhisattva of Non-Regression come to this mandala of the wheel?
