Eliminating all dimness and hesitation, and the haze of faintness, thoroughly clearing away the dirt of deceit, completely purifying the stains of jealousy and miserliness, making the ocean of mind exceedingly clear, with a mind free from disturbance, beings are exceedingly joyful, generating the power of faith free from disturbance, generating the aspiration to behold the Buddha, praising the power of the Bodhisattva, truly accepting the Buddha's teachings, speaking of the conduct of the Bodhisattva, fully generating the power of the Bodhisattva's samadhi, truly showing the power of the Bodhisattva's wisdom, in order to bring the power of the Bodhisattva's mindfulness to the ultimate perfection of complete purity, speaking the Dharma, just like this, in order to generate great aspiration for generating the mind of enlightenment, teaching the Dharma, seeing them dwelling here. Then, the merchant's son Norzang (Good Wealth) listened to those words intermittently, bowed his head to the two feet of the merchant Victorious Banner, prostrated for a long time, and with a mind of great reverence for the Dharma, spoke these words: "Noble one, I am known as Norzang (Good Wealth), Norzang (Good Wealth), if I wish to fully seek the conduct of a Bodhisattva, I will certainly learn the conduct of a Bodhisattva, and having learned, I will certainly bring all beings to complete maturity, and I will generate great aspiration for the sake of taming, I will not be afraid to behold the faces of all Buddhas, I will hear the teachings of all Buddhas, I will fully receive the rain of the Dharma clouds of all Buddhas, I will diligently attend to the principles of the Dharma of all Buddhas, I will practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva in all realms of the world, even if I remain for all kalpas, I will not be weary of the conduct of a Bodhisattva, I will fully seek the various miracles of all Tathagatas, I will truly receive the blessings of all Buddhas, I will obtain the light of the powers of all Tathagatas, therefore, please, Noble One, speak to me." Then, the merchant Victorious Banner said to the merchant's son Norzang (Good Wealth):

Thus he spoke. Son of good family, it is good, good that you have generated the mind for unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment in this way! Son of good family, I am like this: abiding in non-things, by the power of having obtained unobstructed miraculous powers, I completely train in going to all the doors of the conduct of a Bodhisattva. All things that should not be done are not allowed to be done. All virtuous things that should be done are allowed to be done. All sentient beings are guided to learn all crafts, in order to make the worlds extremely joyful, in order to fully ripen sentient beings, in order to proclaim the superior wisdom that transcends all bonds, one should follow, in order to completely eliminate all views, and in order to proclaim and demonstrate all the Buddha's teachings, all the sciences that benefit the world are also shown. Completely arranged. Thoroughly elucidated. Proclaimed. Similarly, up to the world of Brahma, all the gods of the form realm are subdued, and the Dharma is taught. Just as in this three-thousand great thousand world system, so also in the ten directions, in countless unspeakable and unspeakable numbers of Buddha-fields as fine as dust particles, the Dharma is taught. The Dharma of the Buddhas is also taught. The Dharma of Bodhisattvas, the Dharma of Hearers, and the Dharma of Solitary Buddhas are also taught. The hell realms are also taught. The path to the hell realms, and the suffering of sentient beings in the hell realms are also taught. The realm of animals is also taught. The various paths of the realm of animals, the path to the realm of animals, and the suffering of being born in the realm of animals are also taught. The world of Yama is also taught.
