Therefore, one should comprehend thorough examination and the equality of karma-illusion; one should contemplate the equality of dharma-illusion; one should comprehend the equality of the emanation that completely ripens through dharma; one should follow the inconceivable appearances arising from wisdom; one should manifestly accomplish the infinite aspects of aspiration-illusion; one should manifestly accomplish; one should purify the dharma-nature of behavior-emanation, which is without arising or ceasing; and one should also distinguish the characteristics of the illusion-aspects of the three times. Gradually, from place to place, one asks, searches everywhere, and then observes. In all directions, corners, roads, medicinal lands, plains, remote areas, valleys, ridges, villages, cities, towns, regions, countries, and all the abodes of kings, with a completely unwearied mind and body, one searches tirelessly. When one arrives near the great city of Excellent Light, one asks where King Great Light resides. To this, many people point out, "Noble son, this is the city called Excellent Light, and King Great Light resides here." Then, the merchant's son, Norsang, arrives at the place where the great city of Excellent Light is located and sees the great city of Excellent Light. It is also heard that one can completely purify the immeasurable vastness of creation. Thinking thus in his mind, he went to where the great city of Good Light was. Having arrived and looked at that great city of Good Light, it was exceedingly beautiful and pleasing to behold with these seven jewels: gold, silver, lapis lazuli, crystal, red pearl, agate, and coral. The jewel pits were unfathomably deep, filled with water, and the ground was covered with gold gravel. Everywhere were celestial উৎপལ་ (Sanskrit: utpala, literal meaning: blue lotus), lotuses, कुमुद (Sanskrit: kumuda, literal meaning: white water lily), and pundarika, along with sandalwood mud appropriate to the season. It was completely surrounded by seven layers of netting, seven rows of seven-jeweled palm trees, and seven diamond jewel walls. These were: the pleasing lion diamond wall, the diamond wall that cannot be overcome by others, the diamond wall with a perforated state, the diamond wall with a difficult-to-conquer state, the diamond wall that is firm and indestructible, the diamond wall of the essence of the diamond light ray network, and the diamond wall adorned with colors free from dust.
