Thus, with the mind filled with manifest faith and joy upon seeing the Buddha, and with the power of faith greatly increased, having circumambulated that Bhagavan hundreds and thousands of times to the right with a mind full of joy, faith, and great delight, the daughter, the auspiciousness of Joyful Light, who was extremely well-trained, together with all her retinue, bowed their heads at the feet of that Bhagavan. They offered five hundred thousand supreme lotus flowers of precious jewels to that Bhagavan. They erected five hundred temples for that Bhagavan, made of various fragrant precious jewels, adorned with various precious jewels. Each temple was also adorned with five hundred thousand precious jewels. Then, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Supreme Sun, understood the thoughts of the youth, the Lord of Glory, and accurately taught the sutra called "The Lamp of Viewing All Doors." Having heard this, he obtained ten kotis of samadhi doors regarding the nature of all dharmas. Thus, he fully obtained the samadhi door called "The Ocean of Aspirations of All Tathagatas Arises Accurately." He fully obtained the samadhi door called "The Essence of the Appearance of the Three Times." He fully obtained the samadhi door called "The Mandala of All Buddhas Manifests Clearly." He fully obtained the samadhi door called "Entering into Making All Limitless Beings Appear Clearly." He fully obtained the samadhi door called "Entering into the Light of Wisdom Arising in All Worlds." He fully obtained the samadhi door called "The Lamp of Appearance Entering into the Ocean of the Senses of All Beings." The Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Complete Buddha, called Sun Saint, who possesses knowledge and conduct, the Sugata, Knower of the World, the Unsurpassed, the Tamer of Beings, the Guide, the Teacher of Gods and Humans, the Buddha, the Blessed One, has appeared in the world. He is practicing in the essence of your realm, the Bodhi Dharma Cloud, in the light of extreme delight, and it has not been long since he attained perfect complete enlightenment. Seeing the Tathagata eliminates the suffering of the lower realms.

I think that all the fears of the earth are completely dispelled. To completely pacify the great disease of afflictions, I think of merely encountering the great king of medicine. I think of being completely liberated from all the sufferings of samsara. I think of thoroughly relying on the extremely blissful and endowed. I think of truly revealing the light of wisdom without dimness. To dispel the darkness of ignorance, I think of merely the appearance of a great lamp. From the world without a protector, I think of encountering a protector with the principle of Dharma. From the world without a guide, I think of the birth of guidance by the vehicle of the all-knowing, and upon hearing of the Buddha's appearance, faith and great joy arise, and then the king's lineage, the Brahmins, the people of the region, the people of the village, the ministers and attendants, the youth and the petty kings, the lords of the territories, and all the retinues are all gathered together, and the youth who proclaims the beautiful sound of the Buddha's appearance, the possessor of splendor, is given the kingdom as an offering of Dharma. Thus, after that youth was invested with the kingship, together with ten thousand lives, he went to where the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the supreme sun of the body, was, and having arrived before him, he bowed his head to the two feet of the Blessed One, circumambulated the Blessed One hundreds of thousands of times to the right, and then sat down before the Blessed One with his retinue. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the supreme sun of the body, looked at the king, the lord of wealth, and the mandala of all the retinues, and at that time, the rays of light emanating from the urna hair, called the lamp of the mind of all beings, were completely emitted. It illuminated the realms of the ten directions, manifested all the lords of the world, completely revealed the inconceivable transformations of the Buddha, purified the thoughts and higher thoughts of the beings to be tamed by the Buddha, and at that time, by the power of the inconceivable blessings of the Buddha, the Buddha's body surpassed all the worlds, and the Buddha's voice pervaded all the oceans.
