Son of lineage, this is the third instance of a Bodhisattva's birth manifested in the Lumbini Grove. Son of lineage, furthermore, from all the bodies of the goddess Maya and from all the mandalas of the pores, from each and every pore, appeared immeasurable Buddha-fields, immeasurable oceans of worlds, immeasurable vast worlds, immeasurable streams of worlds, and immeasurable places named as worlds. When the Bhagavan previously engaged in Bodhisattva conduct, all those Buddha-fields—what kind of foundation did they possess, what was their shape, what kind of adornments did they possess, what kind of grandeur did they possess, what kind of mountain ornaments were there, how did the adornments of towns, cities, villages, regions, and settlements abide, what kind of adornments did they possess in terms of edible tree groves, lakes, lotus ponds, and oceans, what kind of adornments did they possess in terms of sky and clouds, what kind of abodes of sentient beings existed, what kind of vehicle teachings did they possess, how many were the names and numbers of kalpas, how many Buddhas had appeared in births, where did the places of purification gather, how long was the lifespan of sentient beings, where were the birthplaces of the world, with what kind of sentient beings did they associate, upon what kind of spiritual friends did they rely, what kind of virtuous Dharma did they diligently practice, with what kind of diligence did they practice the Dharma, thereby engaging in Bodhisattva conduct—all those Buddha-fields became completely visible. After the Bhagavan attained the irreversible state, how many bodies were there in the past, what kind of conduct, what kind of appearance, what did they enjoy, what kind of happiness and suffering did they experience, what was the duration of their lifespan?

What kind of qualities did she possess? All those previous deeds of the Bodhisattva were fully manifested from every pore. The birthplace of all those Buddha-fields, and the goddess Maya who became the mother of the Bodhisattva in them, and all those forms of the Bodhisattva, appeared as emanated images from every pore of the goddess Maya. Son of good family, this is the fourth emanation of the Bodhisattva's birth, which occurred in the Lumbini Grove. Son of good family, furthermore, in how many ways did the Blessed One's previous body practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva, what was the color, what was the shape, what was the appearance, what was the majesty, what did he enjoy, what kind of happiness and suffering did he experience, what kind of lifespan did he have?
