There is no concept of intermediate change. However, with a firm resolve to always and continuously abide in the conduct of a Bodhisattva, in all immeasurable kalpas, one engages in the task of completely liberating all sentient beings, without attachment to the different forms of kalpas. One does not have a sense of length for the kalpas to be passed, nor does one engage in the conduct of a Bodhisattva. Son of good family, for example, like the expanse of space as vast as the Dharmadhatu, the mandala of the basis of space, even if all the world realms gather, are destroyed, or pass away, there is no conceptualization, it is naturally pure, without all defilements, without disturbance, without obscuration, and even if it holds all the fields in the later end times, it does not feel weary. Son of good family, likewise, the mind of a Bodhisattva, the mandala of wisdom space, is also surrounded by the mandala of the wind of great aspiration, and even if it completely holds sentient beings from all the abysses of the lower realms, it does not feel weary. Even when placing them on the path of happiness, it does not feel lazy. Even when placing them on the path of omniscience, it does not feel discouraged. All defilements cannot disturb it. All the faults of samsara cannot completely torment it. Son of good family, for example, a person formed from the appearance of illusion, with limbs and parts that are very complete, does not have ten dharmas abiding in the body. What are the ten? Namely: breathing in or breathing out, cold or warm, hunger or thirst, joy or displeasure, birth or old age, sickness or death, and being harmed, these are not present. Son of good family, likewise, a Bodhisattva possesses a form born from the appearance of wisdom illusion, possesses a body inseparable from the Dharmadhatu, and is born for the purpose of completely maturing sentient beings in all the paths of existence, and even if abiding in all kalpas, there are no ten dharmas. What are the ten? Namely: there is no particular joy in samsara, or becoming weary from being born in the path of existence in samsara, or desiring worldly pleasures, or being angry.
