In the past, during the waxing and waning of the moon, those who were lost helped each other and served diligently. Now, radishes are abundant and adorned with many ornaments, resembling gods playing in a place of joy. In the future, those who have fallen will experience endless suffering, and evil desires will cause people to become attached and infatuated. Young boys and girls, protected by others, are forcibly taken away, arrogant and shameless, committing evil deeds. Those with the beauty of goddesses, with beautiful forms, wearing fine clothes and adorned with jewels, are seen today. Even if the wives of others carry fragrant scents, they are adorned with jewels like those in Tushita heaven. Gamblers, vulgar people, slanderers, and liars, in the past, all spoke falsely under the control of deceit and deception. Now, abandoning the four faults of speech, abandoning evil views, everyone practices the Dharma. From the sound of Brahma's voice, the Kalaviṅka bird, your supreme and excellent speech, even a part of it, The sound of musical instruments is extremely pleasant, and these celestial melodies cannot be compared. The parasol above your head, with a precious frame and covered with a golden net, The treasure of the heart of glory, its handle made of lapis lazuli, surrounded by bells made of various precious jewels. The sound emanating from the bells suppresses all the sounds of the world, Echoing like a part of the Buddha's speech, proclaiming the peaceful and sacred sound of the Dharma. Hearing this sound, the afflictions of sentient beings are pacified. Passing through all the realms in all directions, the countless Buddhas in countless kalpas, And the wheel of names of those with wisdom, from the beginning to the end of the realms, passing from one to another. All names, all qualities, all sequences, and the sacred wheel of Dharma throughout all directions, Through your blessings, the sound of the bells is widely spread. Your bell sound is unobstructed, Brahma, Ishvara, and the lords of beings, all act according to their respective karmas.

When noon arrived, in six ways, The narrow places of all the realms were shaken. In the center of that flawless, exceedingly beautiful pond, A light like an umbrella appeared, The beautiful water with eight qualities increased, All five hundred ponds were the same, All the edible trees grew leaves, Flowers and fruits possessed color and luster. Those ponds were filled with water, All the forests were satisfied by it. The lineage that arose from that great water spread, The banner of Jambudvipa was filled with water. Edible trees, medicines, crops, and shrubs also, Grew, edible trees, flowers, and fruits flourished. The seeds of the nine grains in the narrow places, All grew due to being moistened by water. Swollen by water, the various directions of the narrow places also, At that time, all became very flat. As many as there were, the various directions of hills and valleys in the narrow places, All of those became flat at that time.
