From the Buddha's field, a bodhisattva named "Completely Subduing with the Wisdom of Completely Scattering All Obscurations of Bodhisattvas," together with as many bodhisattvas as the inexpressible ocean of worlds' atoms, the Lord bestowed, and emerging from that ocean of the circle of retinue, from all pores manifested the languages, sounds, melodies, and definitive words of all beings, proclaiming the immeasurable ocean, and the manner in which all bodhisattvas of the three times arise, proclaiming the thunder of the ocean's clouds, and the manner in which all bodhisattvas manifest their aspirations, proclaiming the ocean's melodious sound, and the manner in which all bodhisattvas' perfections are completely purified and completely perfected, proclaiming the sound of the ocean's clouds, and the manner in which the circles of all bodhisattvas' conduct fill and expand throughout all fields, proclaiming the ocean's melodious sound, and the manner in which all bodhisattvas' truly accomplish and emanate, proclaiming the ocean's melodious sound, and the ocean of melodious sounds of all the Tathagatas proceeding to the heart of enlightenment, the hosts of demons scattering, the heart realizing enlightenment, and the emanations, and all the Tathagatas turning the wheel of Dharma, and the principles and names of the sutras, proclaiming the thunder of the clouds of the ocean's melodious sound, and the principles of the Dharma and the sounds of skillful means by which all beings are tamed, and when the time is ripe, they are tamed by the wheel, and how aspirations are made in order to comprehend all wisdom, and the distinctions of the roots of virtue, and the time and means, and the principles of the Dharma, proclaiming the ocean's melodious sound, arriving at the place where the Sahā world realm is, going to the place where the Lord is, and together with the retinue, prostrating to the Lord, abiding in the lower direction, the immeasurable palaces of all the Tathagatas, manifesting images, stacked houses of all kinds of treasure stores, and precious lion thrones.

Having fully grasped the essence of the lotus heart of all excellent bodies, manifesting emanations, and having blessed the body of the Bodhisattva with a crown of victory banners that fully illuminates the images of all precious heart-essence Bodhi tied upon the head, he sits in the lotus position. From the Buddha-field of the ocean of worlds in the upper direction, beyond countless atoms of unspeakable Buddha-fields, from the Buddha-field of the inexhaustible manifestation of the Buddha lineage called "Extremely Manifesting," from the Tathagata, the mandala of wisdom, in the Buddha-field of the sound that appears everywhere, a Bodhisattva named "Fully Realizing the Basis of Aspirations in the Realm of Dharma," together with countless atoms of unspeakable worlds of Bodhisattvas, was granted by that Bhagavan. Emerging from that ocean of the mandala of retinues, all excellent marks and signs, all pores, all bodies, all limbs and parts, all paths of speech, all garments and skirts, all Bodhisattva retinues, myself and the Bhagavan Vairochana, all past Tathagatas who have reached the end of the past, all future Tathagatas who have been prophesied and not prophesied, and those who are now present in all the immeasurable Buddha-fields of the ten directions, the past practice of generosity paramita, the ocean of past habits, and the images of all things received and given, excellent marks and signs, pores, all bodies, limbs and parts, paths of speech, garments and skirts, all have become extremely manifest, completely displayed, and the ocean of past habits endowed with all morality paramita is also fully displayed, and endowed with patience paramita, all limbs and parts are cut off, endowed with extremely displayed past habits, completely displayed, and the diligence of all Bodhisattvas.

Manifested is the ocean of past practices, endowed with patience, vigor, and the power of subduing, appearing exceedingly; Manifested is the ocean of past practices, endowed with thoroughly seeking and diligently accomplishing the ocean of meditation of all Tathagatas, appearing exceedingly; Accomplishing the manner in which all Tathagatas turn the wheel of Dharma, and endowed with thoroughly seeking the Dharma, and the ocean of past practices with the image of a body and face of utmost humility, relinquishing all possessions entirely, as an object of focus, appearing exceedingly; Manifested is the ocean of past practices, endowed with seeing all Tathagatas and rejoicing, and causing all beings who enter the path of Bodhisattvas to generate faith and aspiration, appearing exceedingly; Manifested is the ocean of past practices, endowed with the gate of accomplishing the ocean of aspirations of all Bodhisattvas, and with the adornment of complete purity, appearing exceedingly; Manifested is the ocean of past practices, endowed with the perfection of the power of all Bodhisattvas being exceedingly accomplished, and subdued, and completely purified, appearing exceedingly; Filling the vast expanse of the Dharma realm with clouds of all transformations, the ocean of past practices endowed with the mandala of wisdom of all Bodhisattvas, appearing exceedingly; And arriving at whatever place in the Saha world, going to where the Bhagavan is, after the retinue prostrates to the Bhagavan, above, manifesting a tiered palace with the essence of the jewel of ornaments of all kinds of Vajra powers, and a lion throne Vajra and possessing the essence of Indranila lotuses, and adorned all around with a net of blazing jewels of all precious jewels, the king of jewels, and hanging garlands chanting the names of the Tathagatas of the three times, and Bodhisattvas wearing jeweled crowns on their heads.
