In order to enter all the oceans of karma of all sentient beings, the minds of the Bodhisattvas are not born for enlightenment. In order to comprehend all the oceans of all the actions of all sentient beings belonging to one world, the minds of the Bodhisattvas are not born for enlightenment, and even in order to comprehend all the oceans of all the actions of all sentient beings belonging to the worlds as numerous as unspeakable and again unspeakable extremely fine dust particles, the Bodhisattvas' minds are not born for enlightenment, but in order to fully ripen and subdue all the realms of sentient beings without exception, the minds of the Bodhisattvas are born for enlightenment. In order to attend, respect, please, offer, and serve all the Buddhas without exception, the minds of the Bodhisattvas are born for enlightenment. In order to attend, respect, please, offer, and serve all the lineages of the Buddhas belonging to all the worlds without exception, the Bodhisattvas have unwavering faith in their aspirations. In order to completely purify all the Buddha-fields without exception, the minds of the Bodhisattvas become steadfast. In order to completely uphold all the teachings of the Buddhas without exception, the actions of the Bodhisattvas arise. In order to follow all the different aspirations of the Tathagatas who have entered into complete extinction, the Bodhisattvas generate strong mental power. In order to enter all the qualities and adornments of the Buddha-fields of the Tathagatas without exception, the firm vows of the Bodhisattvas arise. In order to enter all the oceans of all the mandalas of all the retinues of all the Tathagatas, the unwavering faith of the Bodhisattvas arises. In order to engage in the succession of kalpas in all realms of the world, Bodhisattvas generate faith. In order to completely sever the connection of afflictive imprints of all beings, Bodhisattvas fully generate diligence. In order to dry up the ocean of karma and afflictions of all beings, the great sun of wisdom of Bodhisattvas arises. In order to fully understand the conduct of all beings, the light of wisdom of Bodhisattvas arises. In order to completely pacify the mass of suffering fire of all beings, the great clouds of compassion of Bodhisattvas gather from all directions. Noble son, in short, these modes of conduct of Bodhisattvas, and hundreds of thousands of millions of doors, should be fully accomplished by Bodhisattvas. Noble son, furthermore, the conduct of Bodhisattvas is to engage properly in all dharmas in order to comprehend wisdom.
