ང་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྲས། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་སེམས་ཅན་བྱེ་བ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་སྟོང་རྣམས་བྱང་ཆུབ་རབ་འགོད་པ། །དཔེ་ཟླ་མྱེད་པ་དེ་དགེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་པ་བཤད་ཀྱིས་རྩེ་གཅིག་མཉན་པར་བྱོས། །གང་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་མཐའ་ཡས་མཆོད་ཀྱང་བདག་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་མྱི་གནས་པ། །གང་དག་ཉོན་མོངས་བཅིངས་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཐར་བྱེད་སེམས་ཅན་འདུ་ཤེས་མི་གནས་དང་། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཡོན་ཏན་རྟག་ཏུ་ཚོལ་ཡང་ཡོན་ཏན་མྱི་གནས་པ། །དེ་དག་འཇིག་རྟེན་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་བར་བྱེད་པའི་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་མཛེས་པ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་སྲིད་པ་གསུམ་ན་ལས་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་བདུད་ཀྱི་དབང་སོང་སྣང་། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་འཕགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཁྱུ་མཆོག་སྤྱོད་པ་སྟོན་པ་པོ། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་གཏི་མུག་ཉོན་མོངས་ཉེས་བྲལ་བསམ་པ་ཞི་ཞིང་རབ་ཞི་བ། །འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་རིམ་པ་སྟོན་པ་དེ་དག་ཡོན་ཏན་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་བདུད་གཡོ་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་ལས་རྒལ་ཏེ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་བྱེད་པ། །འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་སྤྲུལ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཐ་དད་མཐའ་ཡས་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན། །སེམས་བསྐྱེད་གྱུར་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་གནས་དང་འཇིག་པའི་བྱ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྟོན་བྱེད་པ། །དེ་དག་ཡོན་ཏན་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཛེས་པ་སེམས་ཅན་དགའ་བར་བྱེད་པ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ། །སྲིད་པའི་རྒྱུད་ན་སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉེན་ཅིང་སྐྱེ་དང་རྒ་བས་གཟིར་བ་དང་། །འཆི་དང་མྱ་ངན་དག་གིས་གཙེས་ཤིང་གནོད་བྱས་ཉོན་མོངས་ཀུན་ཏུ་གཟིར་མཐོང་ནས། །དེ་དག་ཐར་བར་བྱ་ཕྱིར་སྙིང་རྗེ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག་དགོད་པ། །དེ་དག་ཡོན་ཏན་ཤིན་ཏུ་དགེ་བ་ཕྱོགས་ཙམ་བཤད་ཀྱིས་རྩེ་གཅིག་མཉན་པར་བྱོས། །སྦྱིན་དང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བཟོད་པ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དགའ་བར་བསམ་ གཏན་ལ་ཡང་རྣམ་པར་རྩེ་ན། །ཤེས་རབ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་ཅིང་བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པ་དང་། །དགའ་བའི་ཆོས་ལ་བརྩོན་ཞིང་བཏང་སྙོམས་དགའ་བས་བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱར་ཡང་སྤྱོད་སྤྱད་པ། །དེ་དག་སྤྱོད་ལྡན་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་བསྟན་གྱིས་དེ་དག་ཉོན། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་གཉེར་ཕྱིར་བྱེ་བ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་སྟོང་གི་ལུས་སྐེམས་པ། །གང་རྣམས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཞི་བ་ཚོལ་ཕྱིར་སྲོག་ལ་ལྟ་བ་མྱེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། །གང་རྣམས་དེ་དག་སེམས་ཅན་ཕན་ཕྱིར་རྟག་བརྩོན་བདག་གི་བདེ་བ་མྱི་ཚོལ་བ། །བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སེམས་ལྡན་ཐུབ་པ་དེ་དག་ཀུན་གྱི་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ། །རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཆུ་ཐིགས་བགྲངས་པ

我所生的法子啊！ 哪些能使亿万众生安立于菩提之上的， 无与伦比的那些善行，请一心谛听我宣说。 哪些供养无量亿万佛陀，却不执著于我是佛的， 哪些解脱烦恼束缚的众生，却不执著于众生相的， 哪些恒常寻求佛陀功德，却不执著于功德的， 我将宣说那些令世间欢喜的殊胜美妙行持。 哪些在三有中，显现被业、烦恼、魔所掌控的， 哪些具有圣者功德，是殊胜调御丈夫的导师， 哪些远离愚痴烦恼过患，心意寂静且极寂静的， 我将宣说那些为众生开示修行次第者的功德。 哪些战胜魔的欺骗，超越一切众生，能自在掌控一切的， 对一切众生，幻化出无量种种不同的化身， 刚生起菩提心，便能示现安住和坏灭的一切行为， 我将宣说那些功德种种美妙，令众生欢喜的行持。 在轮回的相续中，众生饱受痛苦的逼迫，被生老所折磨， 又被死亡和忧伤所摧残，遭受损害，被烦恼所困扰， 见到这些之后， 为了使他们解脱，生起广大的悲心，从而证得殊胜的智慧， 我将略说那些功德极其善妙者的功德，请一心谛听。 布施、持戒、忍辱、精进、欢喜地禅思， 又完全精通智慧方便，以及慈悲等殊胜的发心， 勤奋于欢喜之法，以欢喜舍心于百千劫中行持， 我将讲述那些具足行持、具足功德者的功德，请谛听。 哪些为了寻求菩提，使亿万众生的身体枯瘦的， 哪些为了寻求寂静的菩提，连性命也不顾惜的， 哪些为了利益众生，恒常精进，不寻求自己的安乐的， 我将宣说具有慈悲心的能仁，彼等一切殊胜的行持。 能够数清海里的水滴

O sons of the Dharma born from me! Those who establish hundreds of thousands of millions of beings in perfect enlightenment, I will explain the deeds of those incomparable virtues, listen with one-pointed attention. Those who worship countless millions of Buddhas, yet do not abide in the thought 'I am a Buddha,' Those who liberate beings bound by afflictions, yet do not abide in the perception of beings, Those who constantly seek the qualities of the Buddha, yet do not abide in qualities, I will speak of the supreme and beautiful conduct that makes the world rejoice. Those who, in the three realms, appear to be under the power of karma, afflictions, and demons, Those who possess the qualities of the noble ones and are teachers who show the conduct of the supreme leader, Those who are free from the faults of ignorance and afflictions, whose minds are peaceful and utterly tranquil, I will speak of the qualities of those who show the order of practice to beings. Those who overcome the deceit of demons, surpass all beings, and have power over all, To all beings, they manifest countless diverse and infinite emanations, As soon as they generate the mind of enlightenment, they show all the actions of abiding and ceasing, I will speak of those qualities, beautiful in various ways, that delight sentient beings. In the continuum of existence, sentient beings are afflicted by suffering, tormented by birth and old age, And tormented by death and sorrow, harmed and afflicted by all afflictions, Seeing these, In order to liberate them, they generate great compassion and attain supreme wisdom, I will explain just a fraction of the qualities of those whose virtues are exceedingly good, listen with one-pointed attention. Giving, morality, patience, diligence, joyfully contemplating, And also completely mastering meditation, Having reached the other shore of wisdom and means, and with a superior mind of love and compassion, Diligent in the Dharma of joy, practicing with joyful equanimity for hundreds of thousands of eons, I will show the qualities of those who possess conduct and qualities, listen to them. Those who, in order to seek enlightenment, emaciate the bodies of hundreds of thousands of millions of beings, Those who, in order to seek peaceful enlightenment, do not even look at their own lives, Those who, for the benefit of sentient beings, are constantly diligent and do not seek their own happiness, I will speak of the supreme conduct of all those compassionate and capable ones.
