Not being dominated by happiness, not being dominated by the happiness of desire, not being dominated by the happiness of enjoyment, not being dominated by the happiness of retinue. Otherwise, it is to desire the Dharma, to be devoted to the Dharma, to tend towards the Dharma, to take the Dharma as the ultimate, to rely on the Dharma, to seek refuge in the Dharma, to seek help from the Dharma, to abide in the Dharma, to take the Dharma as the purpose, to be very happy with the Dharma, to seek the Dharma. It is to meditate on the nature of Dharma and abide in it. Being accompanied by such kinds of happiness, one does not dwell in the realm of Mara. O sons of the Victorious One, why is that? Because the Bodhisattva previously vowed: I shall liberate all sentient beings from the realm of Mara and place them in the realm of the Buddha. This is for the sake of generating such a mind. This is the sixth of the superior intention like a mountain king for unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. O sons of the Victorious One, furthermore, The Bodhisattva, with such diligence for unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, even though practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva for countless eons, considers that only today has he just begun to enter unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. With the conduct of a Bodhisattva, he is not afraid, not terrified, not frightened, and possesses such fearlessness. Thinking that only today will he attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and thereafter also in this way, in order to fully ripen all sentient beings, he practices the conduct of a Bodhisattva for immeasurable eons. This is the seventh of the superior intention like a mountain king for unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. O sons of the Victorious One, furthermore, the Bodhisattva, knowing that other sentient beings and individuals are ignorant, difficult to tame, difficult to nurture, ungrateful, and unmindful of kindness, in order to liberate them, puts on great armor, and also truly abides in the realm of thought for the sake of dominating the minds of all sentient beings. He does not become weary due to the strife of sentient beings, nor does he turn back due to the afflictions of other sentient beings. This is the superior intention like a mountain king for unsurpassed perfect enlightenment

Eighth Chapter. O sons of the Victorious Ones, furthermore, a Bodhisattva should act in such a way that my Bodhisattva conduct will be perfectly accomplished. Without making distinctions among any beings, one should generate the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Otherwise, I alone shall practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva for eons until the end of future times. All the Buddha's teachings should be perfectly accomplished from this very continuum of mine. The realization of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment depends on generating the mind; therefore, one should generate the mind of enlightenment. One should purify one's own continuum. One should purify the continuum of others. One should bring one's own realm under control. One should bring the realm of others under control. One should become of one realm with the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present. This thought is the ninth superior intention like a mountain for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. O sons of the Victorious Ones, furthermore, a Bodhisattva should not see any Dharma that is the conduct practiced by a Bodhisattva. One should not see any Dharma that perfectly accomplishes the conduct of a Bodhisattva. One should not see any Dharma that manifestly awakens to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, or becomes a Buddha, or will become a Buddha. One should not see any Dharma by which the Dharma is taught, expounded, or will be expounded. One should not fixate on the one who teaches, and one should not fixate on the Dharma that is taught. However, a Bodhisattva should not turn away from the aspiration for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. O sons of the Victorious Ones, why is that? It is because by searching for all Dharmas through the practice of not fixating on any Dharma, one will come to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. In order to thoroughly purify the antidotes and perfect wisdom, one should gather virtuous actions and roots of merit even more diligently than before. By perfectly gathering all virtuous actions,
