Then, to the auspiciously born one, he spoke thus: "O sons of the Victorious One, here, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, being deeply blessed by the intention of the Tathagata, when excellently turning the wheel of Dharma, should know that it is without arising in any way, without revolving, and without manifest accomplishment. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as utterly ceasing, cutting off the three wheels, in the manner of being free from all extreme views. It should be known as having no end to the limit of detachment, in the manner of comprehending the limit of space. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as unspeakable, in the manner of being beyond expression. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as utterly peaceful, by the nature of Nirvana. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as revolving in letters, sounds, melodies, and various languages, because it pervades everything through the speech of the Tathagata. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as the sound of echoes by the nature of the Dharma's mode, and as the nature of melodies. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as comprehending all sounds into one sound, because it exists and then does not exist. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as the letters being inexhaustible, because there is no connection between inside and outside. Turning the wheel of Dharma should be known as being completely unborn and unceasing, in the manner of comprehending the nature of Dharma. O sons of the Victorious One, for example, all complete letters, although deeply taught by all teachings, neither increase nor decrease; from the beginning of the eon at the edge of the past, even if all letters are spoken, they neither increase nor decrease. O sons of the Victorious One, likewise, when the Tathagatas excellently turn the wheel of Dharma, although deeply taught by all teachings that distinctly show letters, they neither increase nor decrease; even when the Buddhas who appeared at the beginning of the edge of the past turned the wheel of Dharma, the wheel of Dharma is not exhausted. The turning of the wheel of Dharma by the Tathagatas includes all needs, all complete practices, and all worldly and trans-worldly needs, but

And it should be known that they do not abide in anything. O son of the Victorious One, it is like this: for example, the letters of the alphabet are complete with all that is needed, all actions are complete, all counting is complete, and although they pervade all worldly and transworldly places, it should be known that they do not abide in anything. O son of the Victorious One, likewise, when the Thus-Gone Ones turn the wheel of Dharma, they also pervade all sentient beings, Dharma, actions, and ripening, But they do not abide in anything. Whatever sentient beings utter in various kinds of sounds, all those are also uttered as the sound of the Thus-Gone One turning the wheel of Dharma. Why is that? All sounds do not deviate from the manner of turning the wheel of Dharma. O son of the Victorious One, thus, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should comprehend the turning of the wheel of Dharma by the Thus-Gone Ones, the Arhats, the Perfectly and Fully Awakened Ones. O son of the Victorious One, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, wishing to comprehend the turning of the wheel of Dharma by the Thus-Gone Ones, should comprehend the entry into the manifestation of the Thus-Gone Ones. O son of the Victorious One, what is the manifestation of the Thus-Gone Ones? O son of the Victorious One, when the Thus-Gone Ones turn the wheel of Dharma, according to the various differences in the minds, actions, thoughts, faculties, and diligence of all sentient beings, in that measure, branches of melody will arise from the speech of the Thus-Gone One. O son of the Victorious One, why is that? The Thus-Gone Ones, the Arhats, the Perfectly and Fully Awakened Ones, possess an unshakeable Samadhi, the ultimate of non-attachment, and abiding in that, the Thus-Gone Ones perform the turning of the wheel of Dharma. O son of the Victorious One, as soon as the Thus-Gone Ones abide in that Samadhi, the sound of the turning of the wheel of Dharma, as many as there are sentient beings, will emanate from the mouth of each body of manifest perfect enlightenment. Each of those sounds and melodies is also a branch of melody and a kind of sound.
