It should be understood without any omission. All Bodhisattvas abiding in the first ground, up to the Bodhisattvas abiding in the ultimate ground of non-attachment, all abide in this. Also, the bodies of the great elements in various different forms should be understood without any omission. O sons of the Victorious Ones! The Bodhisattva Mahāsattvas should understand in a manner endowed with immeasurable wisdom, the realm of the ocean of wisdom of the Tathāgatas, and the life of all beings. Thereafter, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Samantabhadra, in order to examine that meaning again, spoke these verses: The realm of the stainless ones is immeasurable and unmeasurable, Like the realm of the mind, it is immeasurable in all aspects. How the realm of mind is manifested, so too should the realm of the ten powers be known. From the abode of the Dragon King, never wavering, By the power of mind, a great rain can also be poured down. There is no perception of coming or going in that, By the mere thought of the Dragon King, rain also falls. Likewise, the ten powers do not come from anywhere, Likewise, the Sugata is not seen to go anywhere. By their thought, even entering a single hair-tip, They also appear greatly in the measure of the Dharma realm. The ocean is immeasurable with water and a collection of jewels, It is also immeasurable with the dwelling of beings and sentient beings. The single taste cannot be muddied, the beings born therein, All of them do not enjoy other rivers. Likewise, the realm of the Victorious Ones is also immeasurable with wisdom, The support of the Three Jewels is also immeasurable with a collection of jewels. It is immeasurable with learners and non-learners, It is also immeasurable with sentient beings who practice the meaning of supreme wisdom. The Sutra Called "The Greatly Extensive Wondrous Buddha" Volume Twelve Having spoken thus, the glorious Bodhisattva Mahāsattva born into the lineage of the Tathāgatas, said this to the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Samantabhadra: O sons of the Victorious Ones! How should the Bodhisattva Mahāsattvas understand the realm of activity of the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones?

It should be known as such. Having spoken thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Samantabhadra spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the auspicious one born into the lineage of the Tathagata: 'Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should understand that the realm of activity of the Tathagata is a realm of activity without attachment. Just as Suchness does not come from the previous edge, does not move from the later edge, and is not manifestly established by arising in the present, so too, the realm of activity of the Tathagata should be understood as unborn, unmoved, and without manifest establishment. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! Since the Dharmadhatu has no body, the Dharmadhatu is neither finite nor infinite. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! Likewise, since the realm of activity of the Tathagata has no body, the realm of activity of the Tathagata is neither finite nor infinite. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! For example, a bird flies in the sky, and even if it travels for a hundred years, there is still a place it has not reached, because the sky is endless and there is no difference between before and after. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! Likewise, even if the realm of activity of the Tathagata is taught for hundreds of thousands of billions of kalpas, there is still something that has not been taught, because the realm of activity of the Tathagata is infinite. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! Such Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Complete Buddhas, also abide in a manner that does not dwell in the realm of activity without attachment, and they also teach that realm of activity to all sentient beings. Those sentient beings who are manifestly attached to various attachments are also completely subdued from that path of attachment. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones! For example, the realm of activity of the great king of birds, the Garuda, is the sky. He dwells in the sky and, with his own completely pure eyes, looks at the abode of the Nagas. With the fierce power of the Garuda and the great wind of its wings, he splits the great mass of water of the great ocean to the left and right, and then seizes and devours the Naga or Naga woman whose time is fully ripe and whose life has come to an end.
