Because great love and great compassion are unclouded, from manifest accomplishment arises the wind of the great wisdom mandala. That first cools the minds and bodies of all sentient beings and all Bodhisattvas. After that, it rains a great rain of Dharma clouds. O sons of the Victorious Ones! The inconceivable great cloud of the Dharmakaya, arising from great compassion, gathers. To those sentient beings whose bodies and minds have become cool, the Tathagata rains an inconceivable great rain of Dharma. Thus, to those Bodhisattva heart-essences who have reached the supreme of Bodhi, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "The Dharmadhatu is undifferentiated." To the Bodhisattvas who are final existents, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "The Secret of the Tathagatas, the various displays of the Bodhisattvas' skillful means." To the Bodhisattvas who have received empowerment, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "Completely Covered with the Adornments of the Tathagatas." To the Bodhisattvas who are bound by one lifetime, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "Completely Purifying All Appearances." To the Bodhisattvas who have attained patience, because the flowers of the jewels of qualities and wisdom are exceedingly abundant, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "The Conduct of the Bodhisattvas is Never Interrupted." To those who have entered the conduct of the Bodhisattvas, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "The conduct of manifestly entering by means of emanation is never interrupted and is completely without weariness." To the Bodhisattvas who have generated the first mind, it rains the great rain of clouds called "Following the conduct of the Tathagatas, completely protecting all beings with great love and great compassion." To those sentient beings who are devoted to the vehicle of the Pratyekabuddhas, because they have understood the mode of dependent arising, being separated from the views of the two extremes, it rains the great rain of Dharma clouds called "The fruit of liberation is never exhausted."

For those sentient beings who are devoted to the Hearer Vehicle, the great cloud of Dharma, the rain of the sword of wisdom that destroys all enemies of affliction, will fall. For those sentient beings who have accumulated great roots of virtue and have firm faith in the Vehicle, the rain that manifests various Dharma doors, called joy and great delight, will fall. O sons of the Victorious Ones, thus the Tathagata, with the great cloud of Dharma of immeasurable Dharmas, including these ten Dharma doors, fills and expands all realms of Dharma, just as all sentient beings desire, and causes the rain to fall. O sons of the Victorious Ones, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, although they have no miserliness of Dharma, the great rain of the Tathagata's Dharma appears in various forms because of the different ways in which sentient beings mature, their thoughts, faculties, inclinations, and diligence. O sons of the Victorious Ones, even with this tenth door of understanding, Bodhisattvas, great beings, should understand the speech of the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas. O sons of the Victorious Ones, the speech of the Tathagata is immeasurable and should be understood through ten profound teachings. What are these ten? Like this, because everything follows, it should be understood immeasurably like the sphere of space. Because of the ultimate of the unexhausted, it should be understood immeasurably like the realm of Dharma. Because it completely satisfies the minds of all sentient beings, it should be understood immeasurably like the realm of sentient beings. Because of the various manifestations, it should be understood immeasurably like karma. Because of being utterly pacified, it should be understood immeasurably like afflictions. Because it understands the inclinations of sentient beings as they are, it should be understood immeasurably like various sounds. Because of realizing liberation, it should be understood immeasurably like immeasurable inclinations. Because it has no beginning, no middle, and no boundary, it should be understood immeasurably like the three times. Because it distinguishes all Dharmas, it should be understood like wisdom.
