The mother is of limitless qualities. Thus understanding, the Tathagata is the realization of being manifest to all sentient beings, the Tathagata is the thought of the category of sentient beings becoming an inconceivable state, the Tathagata is the understanding of appearing in all fields, and all such roots of virtue arise, therefore in all worlds, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings. Through the gates of virtue of having faith, prostrating, joining palms, rejoicing, inviting, making offerings, directly seeing, smiling, and believing with a mind of joy towards the Buddha, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings. By remembering the Buddha, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings. By wishing to see the Buddha, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings. By showing the immeasurable colors and forms of the body of the Tathagata, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings. By hearing the speech of the Tathagata, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform the deeds of the Buddha for sentient beings. Thus and so on, the deeds of the Buddha of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are of countless hundreds of thousands of kotis of unspeakable kinds. In all the worlds without exception, they arise without deviating from the manner of the thoughts, power, and taming of all sentient beings. Thus, the deeds of the Buddha, abiding in the minds, actions, and thoughts of all sentient beings in all the worlds, vast and immeasurable virtue, with the state of non-retrogression, urged by great compassion, fulfilled by past aspirations, the deeds of the Buddha arise in all the worlds with the power and force of knowledge, this is the seventh deed of the Buddha of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat.

Do the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, reside in solitude? Do they reside in peace? Do they reside in seclusion? Do they reside in the conduct of the Buddhas? Do they reside in the state of great samadhi? Do they reside in solitary joy? Do they reside in an invisible body? Do they reside in the state of profound wisdom? Do they reside in the immeasurable power of the Buddha's realm? Even if they reside in the invisible sphere of bodily activity, the Buddha-activity of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, with wisdom that cannot be obstructed by others, and through the power of aspiration, constantly and unceasingly arises for the sake of sentient beings who are to be subdued according to their wishes. Even if the Buddhas are sought by the gods, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if the Buddhas are sought by the nagas, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if the Buddhas are sought by the yakshas, and the Buddhas are sought by the non-humans, and the Buddhas are sought by the great belly-walkers, and the Buddhas are sought by the rakshasas, and the Buddhas are sought by humans and non-humans, and the Buddhas are sought by Shravakas, and the Buddhas are sought by Pratyekabuddhas, and the Buddhas are sought by Bodhisattvas, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if the Dharma-speaker speaks the Dharma, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if only one Buddha is mentioned, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if all the Buddhas are mentioned, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if all the distinctions of the Bodhisattva's conduct and all the aspirations are mentioned together, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if one aspect of the Bodhisattva's conduct is distinguished and different conducts are mentioned, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if the worldly realm is spoken of as the Buddha's realm, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if the Buddha's realm is spoken of as the worldly realm, the Buddha-activity will not cease. Even if a non-realm is spoken of as the Buddha's realm, the Buddha-activity will not cease.

Dwelling in the inexpressible, and also dwelling completely, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, perform the deeds of the Buddhas for sentient beings. This is the eighth deed of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are like the source of all roots of virtue, like utilizing all the thoughts of all sentient beings, like faith in the Buddhas, like being very eager to understand the mind, like the practice of the faculties, like taming all sentient beings, like affection for all beings, like the arising of all Bodhisattvas, like encouraging those who have entered Bodhi, like the light of wisdom for those who do not rely on others, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, show the impermanence of the world, proclaim that the deeds of the Buddhas never cease, show the ultimate of performing deeds, proclaim the Dharma lineage as an indestructible thing, proclaim the root of samsara is cut off, show that all sentient beings should be made weary, be in harmony with the mind that follows the Buddha, sentient beings should know as if it were the end of life, show that there is no joy for sentient beings in all the worlds, show that sentient beings should be pleased with the continuation of future Buddhas, one should understand that the turning of the wheel of Dharma by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, is inexpressible, generating the effort of the worlds, rejoicing in the mind that strives to focus on the Buddha, generating the discrimination of seeing the Tathagata with pure and lasting mindfulness, reversing the faculties of birth and making them completely pure, generating faith in the Buddha, one should bless the weary sentient beings, contemplating that the cause of focusing on the Buddha extends to all realms of the world without exception, dissolving all bodies, taking hold of sentient beings with the relics of the Tathagata, and the various disturbances of the world.
