In order to completely fill everything universally, with the ultimate of inexhaustible blessings, completely abandoning extremes, attaining immeasurable conduct, possessing the meaning of wisdom that plays in the realm of omniscience. Perfectly accomplishing the qualities of omniscience, spreading seats extensively in all realms of the world. In all Buddha-fields, Bodhisattvas focus their attention. Looking upon the faces of those who have attained the supreme conduct of Bodhisattvas. The forms of all Bodhisattvas, and the mandala of Bodhisattva retinues endowed with special aspirations, with all things properly contemplated, the profound Dharma wheel is turned. Initiating immeasurable Buddha-lands, becoming the source of inexpressible Bodhisattvas. Diligently engaging in various Bodhisattva practices. Possessing a pure mandala of Bodhisattva retinues. Possessing the realm of blessing all realms of the world with the blessings of the Buddhas. Being focused upon by sentient beings who generate roots of virtue. The source of all virtuous roots possessing non-differentiation. The place of the power of the Bodhisattva's boundless conduct, abiding having fully attained all the distinctions of qualities. The ultimate of all aspects of the world without exception. The aspects of all sentient beings, and the aspects of fields, and the aspects of Dharma, and the aspects of Bodhisattvas, and the aspects of ripening them, and the aspects of time, and the aspects of taming, and the ultimate of all aspects of the Buddha's emanations without exception, in all beings, according to their wishes, manifesting enlightenment, performing the deeds of the Buddhas. This is the fifth Buddha-activity of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, turn the wheel of Dharma, with the irreversible wheel of irreversibility, and the immeasurable wheel of the reason of encompassing all the worlds.

Through the manner of the great roar of a fearless lion, the wheel of complete and manifest enlightenment of all without exception; through the manner of illuminating the treasury of Dharma without darkness, the wheel of the treasury of omniscience of all dharmas; through the manner of being immeasurable like the expanse of wisdom's sky, the wheel of non-attachment; through the manner of thoroughly realizing the self-nature of non-substantiality of all dharmas, the wheel of non-obscuration; through the manner of purifying the Dharma-eye of all sentient beings, the wheel of the lamp of all worlds; through the manner of extensively filling all worlds, the wheel of speaking the Dharma of omniscience; and through the manner of not contradicting all the Buddha's dharmas, the wheel of all Buddhas becoming intertwined. Thus, in hundreds of thousands of billions of ways, by turning the wheel of Dharma, upon the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings, the wheel of Dharma is turned. By thus turning the wheel of Dharma, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, perform inconceivable Buddha-activities. This is the sixth Buddha-activity of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform Buddha-activities for sentient beings by going to villages, cities, towns, and the residences of kings. Such as the residence of a human king, the residence of a deva king, the residence of a naga king, the residence of a yaksha king, the residence of a gandharva king, the residence of an asura king, the residence of a garuda king, the residence of a kinnara king, the residence of a mahoraga king, the residence of a rakshasa king, and the residence of a flesh-eating demon. By going to these places, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also perform Buddha-activities. For example, when arriving at the gate of a city, there is shaking, light appears, the blind regain their sight, the deaf are able to hear, the insane regain their memory, the naked obtain clothing, the suffering obtain happiness, and musical instruments play without being plucked or struck.

Sounds that are pleasing to the ear arise spontaneously; instruments remain in their containers, untouched and unmoved, yet sounds of movement and playing emanate; the pleasing sounds and voices of various birds arise; and even seeing the body, which is never tiresome to behold and is perfectly harmonious, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, perform the deeds of a Buddha for sentient beings. By displaying the marks and excellent signs, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, perform the deeds of a Buddha for sentient beings. By fully beholding, distinctly beholding, extending, and contracting, they perform the deeds of a Buddha for sentient beings. By going, returning, standing, walking, sitting, and sleeping, they perform the deeds of a Buddha for sentient beings. By teaching the Dharma and by remaining in silence, they perform the deeds of a Buddha for sentient beings. By means of miraculous displays, displays of complete manifestation, and displays of subsequent manifestation, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, perform the deeds of a Buddha for sentient beings in the realms of the world, for sentient beings who possess a sea of diverse thoughts, for all worldly activities that arise from causes and conditions, for those who are extremely stable with great roots of virtue, for those who possess mindfulness of the Buddha, and for sentient beings who abide with bodhisattvas with whom they have associated in the past. To be devoted to the idea that the body of the perfectly complete Buddha is never tiresome to behold, to have faith that Buddhas are rare to appear, and to see the Tathagata and hear the words of the Tathagata is to become a source of white Dharma of merit. Thus, one should contemplate the deeds of the Buddha. To understand that all worlds are completely pure is because the Tathagata appears. Thus, one should understand. To rightly view praising the qualities of the Buddha as limitless, to perfectly establish the lineage of the Tathagata from which future Buddhas will arise, to please the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, with all roots of virtue and devotion, and the Tathagata
