Arising, and having arisen, it subdues all the abodes of demons in the ten directions, manifests the Bodhisattvas who have attained the ground of empowerment, and merges into their bodies. From the crown of the sacred limbs, countless trillions of dust-like rays of light arise, filling three thousand great thousand worlds. Having arisen, they illuminate all the mandalas of the Tathagata's retinue in the ten directions, circumambulate the world ten times, and abide in the expanse of the sky above, forming a mandala of a network of light rays. Offering and serving the Tathagata is called 'extremely bright light,' which is greatly enhanced. Even if one were to offer and serve the Tathagata from the initial generation of the mind up to the attainment of the ninth ground, it would not even come close to one hundredth part of that offering and service. It would not even come close to one thousandth part, one hundred thousandth part, one hundred millionth part, one hundred millionth part, one thousand millionth part, one hundred millionth part, or even one hundred millionth part of a billion. It would not even come close in terms of number, part, counting, or cause, and it would not even be comparable by comparison. From that great mandala of the network of light rays, all the offerings that can be offered in the ten directions, such as flowers, incense, perfume, garlands, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, victory banners, flags, precious ornaments, and jewels, surpass all worldly things, transcend all worldly realms, and are accomplished by the power of transcendental roots of virtue, manifesting and descending like a rain of great clouds. Any sentient beings who see these offerings will definitely attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Having made such offerings and services, those rays of light illuminate all the mandalas of the Tathagata's retinue, circumambulate the world ten times, and merge under the soles of the feet of the Tathagatas, the Arhats, the perfectly enlightened Buddhas. They realized that in a certain vast and boundless world realm, it was time to consecrate the bodhisattva who possessed such conduct. O sons of the Victorious Ones, then, from the ten directions came countless bodhisattvas residing on the ninth bodhisattva ground, and they surrounded that bodhisattva from all sides, made great offerings, gazed upon that bodhisattva, and individually entered into ten thousand samadhis. From the auspicious lasso and vajra of those bodhisattvas who had attained the ground of bodhisattva consecration, as well as from the auspiciousness called "Completely Victorious over the Enemy of Mara," a great ray of light arose. A hundred thousand countless myriads of wheels of light arose, and having arisen, they illuminated the ten directions and truly manifested infinite miracles, and then dissolved into that bodhisattva's auspicious lasso and vajra, and into auspiciousness. As soon as those rays of light dissolved there, it appeared that the power and might of that bodhisattva increased even more, by hundreds and thousands of times. O sons of the Victorious Ones, thereafter, from the ūrṇākośa between the eyebrows of those tathāgatas, arhats, perfectly complete buddhas, a ray of light called "Possessing Omniscient Abhisamaya" arose, possessing countless wheels of light. Those rays of light illuminated all the world realms in all ten directions without exception, circled the world ten times, manifested the great transformation of the tathāgatas, truly inspired hundreds of thousands of millions of nayutas of bodhisattvas, caused all the vast and boundless buddhafields to shake in six ways, completely pacified the continuum of the paths of all the evil destinies, as well as birth and death, subdued all the abodes of the maras, truly manifested the buddha-seat of all the tathāgatas who were manifestly awakening to enlightenment, extremely manifested the power of adorning the mandala of the retinue of all the buddhas, illuminated all the world realms pervaded by the dharmadhātu, reaching to the limit of space, and then returned, bodhi-

Having circumambulated above all the mandalas of the Bodhisattva's retinue, and having displayed great adornments, those rays of light sink into the sacred limbs of that Bodhisattva. Likewise, the rays of light of his retinue will also sink into the heads of the assembled Bodhisattvas. As soon as those rays of light touch them, those Bodhisattvas will attain ten thousand samadhis that they have never obtained before. For example, the eldest son of a Wheel-Turning King, born from a noble queen, possessing the emblems of a king, that Wheel-Turning King places him on a sacred golden throne upon a precious divine elephant, hangs a canopy above, and makes great adornments with umbrellas, banners, flags, streamers, the playing of musical instruments, plucking, and songs, etc. Having taken water from the four great oceans and filled it into golden vases, he manifestly empowers that youth from the crown of his head with that water.
