愿一切众生都得到一切佛的加持而成为菩萨，愿他们说法。愿一切众生以令一切众生欢喜的方式，为法界的一切智智宣说无上之法。愿一切众生宣说不会因世间一切询问而穷尽、不会被夺走的法。愿一切众生为了获得不被法之光明遮蔽，宣说无染著之法。愿一切众生善于表达一切佛法的词句和文字，宣说智慧精华之法。愿一切众生善于展示一切如来的智慧，宣说佛陀加持之法。愿一切众生不依赖他人，如实宣说正法，宣说如眼般的法。愿一切众生以智慧掌握词句和文字，不浪费，彻底展示，从而宣说佛陀以忆念如实掌握一切法的法。愿一切众生具备以名相极度庄严的身体，散发无量光芒，精通正确分析法，从而宣说进入无所缘之道的法。愿一切众生安住于法流不断绝，以彻底降下一切佛法之雨的加持，充分展示法之云，并以身体充满无量佛土，宣说此法。愿一切众生拥有不被他人战胜的胜幢，拥有说法之宝藏，从而宣说一切法海，以及不浪费佛法的法。愿一切众生精进于佛陀的无畏，善于正确表达一切法，从而宣说一切法坛城之日。愿一切众生获得充分展示无边法界的法之源和宝藏，并宣说法之源和具备种姓之理的法。愿一切众生

May all beings be blessed by all Buddhas and become Bodhisattvas, may they speak the Dharma. May all beings, in a way that pleases all beings, proclaim the supreme Dharma for the all-knowing wisdom of the Dharma realm. May all beings proclaim the Dharma that will not be exhausted by all the questions of the world, and will not be taken away. May all beings, in order to obtain the unclouded light of the Dharma, proclaim the Dharma without attachment. May all beings be skilled in expressing the words and letters of all the Buddhas' teachings, and proclaim the Dharma of the essence of wisdom. May all beings be skilled in demonstrating the wisdom of all the Tathagatas, and proclaim the Dharma blessed by the Buddhas. May all beings not rely on others, and truly proclaim the correct Dharma, proclaiming the Dharma like an eye. May all beings grasp the words and letters with intelligence, not waste them, and thoroughly demonstrate them, thereby proclaiming the Dharma by which the Buddhas truly grasp all Dharmas with mindfulness. May all beings possess bodies adorned with extremely beautiful marks, radiating infinite light, and be skilled in correctly analyzing the Dharma, thereby proclaiming the Dharma that enters the path of non-objectification. May all beings abide in the uninterrupted stream of Dharma, and with the blessing of thoroughly raining down all the Buddhas' teachings, fully display the clouds of Dharma, and fill the immeasurable Buddha-fields with their bodies, proclaiming this Dharma. May all beings possess the victory banner that cannot be defeated by others, possessing the treasure of Dharma-speaking, thereby proclaiming all the oceans of Dharma, and the Dharma that does not waste the Buddhas' teachings. May all beings strive for the fearlessness of the Buddhas, and be skilled in correctly expressing all Dharmas, thereby proclaiming the sun of the mandala of all Dharmas. May all beings obtain the source and treasure of the Dharma that fully reveals the boundless Dharma realm, and proclaim the source of the Dharma and the Dharma that possesses the principle of lineage. May all beings become Dharma speakers endowed with discriminating wisdom and manifest knowledge, who proclaim the Dharma of the pāramitā that transcends worldly conduct! May all beings become Dharma speakers endowed with the wisdom of the pāramitā, which is profoundly taught by the Tathāgata, and who have fully attained abiding in the Dharma that is without differentiation and without abiding! May all beings possess limitless and inexhaustible qualities and praises, and become Dharma speakers who comprehend all Dharmas! May all beings follow the ultimate truth and become Dharma speakers who do not deceive all beings! May all beings possess the wisdom to comprehend all the deeds of Māra and become Dharma speakers who completely scatter all Māras! May all beings possess a mind without self and without grasping, and become Dharma speakers who are upheld by all the Buddhas! May all beings fully attain the aspiration of the power of the Bodhisattva's Dharma and become Dharma speakers who bring happiness to all beings! Furthermore, it should be dedicated in this way: dedicated with undiminishing action, dedicated with undiminishing ripening, dedicated with undiminishing mind, dedicated with undiminishing Dharma, dedicated with undiminishing objects, dedicated with undiminishing causes, dedicated with undiminishing Dharma path, dedicated for the sake of many undiminishing names, many words, and many letters, dedicated for the sake of undiminishing dedication, dedicated for the sake of accomplishing the benefit of undiminishing beings. Thus, although Bodhisattvas dedicate these roots of virtue, they do not dedicate clinging to the nature of form, they do not dedicate for the sake of the meaning of sound abiding in desire, they do not dedicate for the sake of smell, they do not dedicate for the sake of taste, they do not dedicate for the sake of touch, nor do they dedicate for the sake of Dharmas abiding in desire, nor do they dedicate for the sake of being born in higher realms, nor do they dedicate for the sake of indulging in desire, not clinging to the objects of desire.
