Thus, when a Bodhisattva performs the giving of medicine, may all those roots of virtue be completely dedicated to thoroughly healing all sentient beings. May it be completely dedicated to thorough ease and joy. May it be completely dedicated to making all sentient beings thoroughly pure. May it be completely dedicated to enabling all sentient beings to thoroughly attain the state of a Buddha without illness. May it be completely dedicated to averting all the pain of disease of all sentient beings. May it be completely dedicated to making the bodies of all sentient beings imperishable and stable. May it be completely dedicated to making all sentient beings indestructible and endowed with strength, like a surrounding vajra mountain. May it be completely dedicated to making all sentient beings stable with all strengths and attaining extremely high thoughts. May it be completely dedicated to making all sentient beings fully endowed with the complete bliss of the Buddha, unsurpassed by anything. May it be completely dedicated to making the bodies of all sentient beings stable through the blessings of all the Buddhas. With measures equivalent to "ེ་ཤི་ལའི་" and five measures, fill them with various delicious foods; for example, use sandalwood vessels and sandalwood measures, and five measures filled with clothes like heavenly objects; for example, use vajra vessels and vajra measures, and five measures filled with precious incense worth hundreds of millions of trillions; for example, use various vessels filled with various different objects; also, pile up countless measures and five measures, filled with immeasurable treasures, silver, and gold powder. With a heart of inconceivable devotion to the source of merit, offer them to all Buddhas, the Bhagavat; or, with a mind of generating respect for the extremely rare virtuous friend, offer them to all Bodhisattvas, the Three Jewels; or, in order to propagate the Buddha's teachings, offer them to the Sangha of noble ones; or, with great devotion to the noble beings, offer them to individuals such as Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas; or, with a mind of respecting the Lama and serving the virtuous friend, give alms to parents; or, accumulate merit on these objects, and with diligence abide in the instructions, precepts, and noble Dharma, offer them to the Acharya, Lama, and the field of generosity; with eyes of loving-kindness towards all sentient beings, without anger, completely cultivate loving-kindness, and with a mind of generosity, for the mandala of generosity, the Paramita of all Bodhisattvas of the past, future, and present, with an unwavering mind, engage in all generosity, with countless multitudes, completely without abandoning or forsaking all beings, abide in this mind, without attachment to all objects of generosity, and abide in the mind of completely taking hold of all sources of merit, when giving alms to the stingy and impoverished beggars, filled with various vessels, measures, and five measures of various implements, dedicate these roots of virtue as follows: May all sentient beings, through this root of virtue, possess the power of mindfulness as vast as the expanse of the sky, worldly people.

愿（众生）能领受、接受和忆持所有世间和出世间的语言，且无有愚昧，成为无量功德的宝藏。愿一切众生成为具有不间断宣讲甚深佛法的特质者，成为清净的良器。愿一切众生成为能够正确领受过去、未来和现在诸佛之法的特质者，成为无上的珍宝之器。愿一切众生以信解过去、未来和现在诸佛无别的菩提，从而正确领受，成为广阔的佛法之器。愿一切众生以正确投入广大且具力之菩提心，而成为具足一切殊胜珍宝庄严之器。愿一切众生对无边无际、无始无终的佛陀智慧生起清净的信心，成为一切功德的宝藏和源泉。愿一切众生以无有遮蔽的佛陀解脱，达到一切智智的边际，并融入一切智智的范畴。愿一切众生为了将所有众生界完全安立于一切智智的力量之上，在未来际成为菩萨行持的法器。愿一切众生具足以诸佛之语支正确领受佛法教导之心，成为一切殊胜功德和三世诸佛种姓的法器。愿一切众生成为在诸佛转法轮时，率先祈请和全面请法的贤善之人，成为能够容纳所有如来眷属之坛城，充满直至虚空边际的世界的法器。如是，愿菩萨的这些善根，无论如何都能使一切众生界成为圆满菩萨普贤行愿的法器。

May (all beings) be able to receive, accept, and remember all worldly and transmundane languages, and be without ignorance, becoming a treasure of immeasurable merit. May all sentient beings become those who have the quality of continuously expounding the profound Dharma of the Buddhas, becoming pure and excellent vessels. May all sentient beings become those who can correctly receive the Dharma of all Buddhas of the past, future, and present, becoming supreme jewel-like vessels. May all sentient beings, through faith and understanding in the non-duality of the enlightenment of all Buddhas of the past, future, and present, correctly receive it and become vast vessels of the Dharma. May all sentient beings, by correctly engaging in the vast and powerful Bodhicitta, become like jewel vessels adorned with all kinds of supreme ornaments. May all sentient beings generate pure faith in the boundless, limitless, beginningless, and endless wisdom of the Buddhas, becoming the treasure and source of all qualities. May all sentient beings, through the unobstructed liberation of the Buddhas, reach the limit of omniscient wisdom and be included within the scope of omniscient wisdom. May all sentient beings, in order to fully establish all realms of sentient beings upon the power of omniscience, become vessels for the conduct of Bodhisattvas in the ultimate future. May all sentient beings be endowed with the mind to correctly receive the Dharma teachings through the speech of all Buddhas, becoming vessels for all supreme qualities and the lineage of the Buddhas of the three times. May all sentient beings become virtuous individuals who take the lead in requesting and fully inquiring about the Dharma when all Buddhas turn the wheel of Dharma, becoming vessels capable of containing the mandala of all Tathagatas' retinues, filling the world up to the limits of space. Thus, may these roots of virtue of the Bodhisattva, in any way possible, cause all realms of sentient beings to become vessels for the complete fulfillment of the conduct and aspirations of the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra.
