Is a wise person. Is a wise person in understanding the distinction of the world realms. Is a wise person in understanding the knowledge of the past and future limits. Is a wise person in examining the conventional truths of the world. Is a wise person in examining the ultimate truths. O sons of the kings, this is the bodhisattva of the throne. For that bodhisattva of the throne, ten places should be spoken of. What are the ten? They are: One should speak of being skilled in the king's position. One should speak of the manner of the king's position. One should speak of abiding in the king's position. One should speak of going to the king's position. One should speak of acting in the king's position. One should speak of being enthroned as the Dharma king. One should speak of the blessings of the Dharma king. One should speak of the power of the Dharma king. One should speak of abiding in the Dharma king's kingdom. One should speak of the praises of the Dharma king. Why is that? In any case, in order to further abide in manifesting that one's mind is without obscuration, and whatever place is heard, it should be joined to oneself, and one should not rely on others. O sons of the kings, this is the various joys of the bodhisattva of the throne. O sons of the kings, what is that bodhisattva of empowerment? O sons of the kings, this one possesses ten practices of the wisdom of a bodhisattva. What are the ten? They are: Thus, generating a vast mind that completely creates countless world realms. Generating a vast mind that illuminates countless world realms. Generating a vast mind that blesses countless world realms. Generating a vast mind that transcends countless world realms. Generating a vast mind that completely purifies countless world realms. Generating a vast mind that distinguishes countless sentient beings. Generating a vast mind that examines countless sentient beings. Generating a vast mind that understands the faculties of countless sentient beings. Generating a vast mind that completely grasps countless sentient beings. Generating a vast mind that tames countless sentient beings.

Because the mind is vast. His body, even those who abide in the position of bodhisattva regent cannot know, that is, they cannot know the actions of the body. They cannot know the supernormal powers. They cannot know the transformations of the supernormal powers. They cannot see or know the past. They cannot see or know the future. They cannot see or know the present. They cannot know the purification of the Buddha-fields. They cannot know the realm of the mind. The sphere of activity of the mind, even those who abide in the position of bodhisattva regent cannot know. O sons of the Victorious Ones, this is the empowered bodhisattva. O sons of the Victorious Ones, for that empowered bodhisattva, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, have taught the entry into ten wisdoms. What are the ten? They are the expression of the wisdom of the three times. The expression of the wisdom of the Buddha's teachings. The expression of the unconditioned nature of the Dharma realm. The expression of the Dharma realm without beginning or end. The expression of filling all realms of the world with vastness. The expression of illuminating all realms of the world. The expression of blessing all realms of the world. The expression of the wisdom of completely knowing all sentient beings. The expression of the wisdom of completely knowing all dharmas. The expression of infinite Buddhas. Why is that? In order that his mind may abide even more in all-knowingness, and that whatever he hears may be joined to himself, and that he may not rely on others for all the Buddha's teachings. O sons of the Victorious Ones, this is the manifestation of the bodhisattva regent. Then, at that time, by the power of the Buddha, the realms of the ten directions, as many as the fine dust particles of ten Buddha-fields, shook in six ways. Shook. Shook greatly. Shook universally. Moved, moved greatly. Moved universally. Leaped. Leaped greatly. Leaped universally. Gleamed, gleamed greatly. Gleamed universally. Roared, roared greatly. Roared universally. Sizzled.
