The ocean of verses of exhortation manifests as many atoms as there are in ten ocean-worlds. From these, each ocean of verses of exhortation has as many worlds as there are in the eastern direction, and each world has as many atoms as there are, and in each atom there are as many bodhisattva oceans, as well as solitary realizer oceans, and as many shravaka oceans, as well as gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans and non-humans, as many oceans as there are, all of which are completely exhorted. Just like the eastern direction, it is the same in all the ocean directions. Then, those bodhisattva oceans and as many human and non-human oceans as there are, are correctly exhorted by the light rays of the Bhagavan Tathagata, the ocean of great wisdom, Vairochana, and in their respective Buddha-field oceans, they request the Buddhas who reside there, and after being granted permission, each bodhisattva ocean and each human and non-human ocean are connected with the bodhisattva retinue ocean to the human and non-human retinue ocean, and they go to the essence of the center of the Bhagavan's palm in the world ocean. Then those Bodhisattva oceans, and the oceans between humans and non-humans, with each body, also circumambulate the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the All-Illuminating One, the Ocean of Vast Wisdom, as many times as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms, and from each hand, also offer as many flowers as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms, and similarly, also offer as many lamps, incense, fragrant smoke, anointing oils, powders, umbrellas, banners, and streamers as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms, and also each tongue praises with as many praises as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms, and then each dwells on the lotus seat ocean manifested by their own power and magical abilities. Having dwelt there, each tongue completely melts away as many times as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms. The Blessed One, the Tathagata, the All-Illuminating One, the Ocean of Vast Wisdom, for each of those questions, reveals with as many profound teachings as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms, and for those assembled in that way between the Bodhisattva oceans, and the oceans of humans and non-humans, all are explained in detail in many ways with many Dharma oceans, explained, clarified, and correctly taught. Then, going east beyond as many ocean-like world realms as there are infinitesimal dust particles in ten ocean-like world realms, there is a world called the Essence of the Abode of All Ocean-like World Realms, and there dwells and maintains a Tathagata named the All-Illuminating One, the Ocean of Benefit to All Sentient Beings, whose Dharma is good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end, with beautiful meaning, beautiful words, pure and completely clear, completely purified, correctly proclaiming pure conduct, and the Bodhisattva world

The Tathagata, who makes various appearances for the benefit of all sentient beings, possesses as many oceans as there are distinctions of the qualities of his abode, possesses as many oceans as there are distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields, possesses as many oceans as there are distinctions of the qualities of his life, possesses as many oceans as there are distinctions of the qualities of maturing sentient beings, possesses as many oceans as there are distinctions of the qualities of fully manifesting his body, and possesses as many oceans as there are distinctions of the qualities of teaching the Dharma. These qualities are spoken of by the Buddha-ocean in the three times as the extremely fine dust of ten seas of world-systems, but even if they are taught, they cannot be exhausted. In the abode of all the oceans of world-systems, called the "Essence of Abodes," there is a wheel-turning king called "Many Jewels," who is the lord of the oceans of world-systems of the extremely fine dust of ten seas, and is the master of gods and humans. Each of those oceans of world-systems is also fully endowed with the retinue of the oceans of world-systems of the extremely fine dust of ten seas. In each ocean of the world-system of that wheel-turning king Many Jewels, there are also as many as the extremely fine dust of ten seas of jewel oceans. Thus, there is the jewel ocean of the Buddha's eye, and similarly, there are the jewel oceans of the Buddha's ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, there are the jewel oceans of the Buddha's form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, there is the jewel ocean of the Buddha's Dharma, there is the jewel ocean of women who please the minds of all who see them, there is the jewel ocean of householders who accomplish all meanings,
