在完全观察了火神眷属的坛城之后，当时说了这些偈颂：请您观察诸佛的精进力量，在无数大劫中，为了利益众生而精勤地行善，从而消除了所有众生的黑暗。对于那些具有烦恼波涛的众生，安住于邪见并被愚痴所蒙蔽的众生，怙主平息了烦恼之火。对此，胜幢坛城非常欢喜。我看到了诸佛广大的行境，即使在后世的尽头，无尽的劫海中，诸佛的加持也将完全融入。看到之后，显现的光芒非常欢喜。诸佛的福德如虚空般无尽，它的边际是无法找到的，诸佛的慈悲是无法动摇的。对此，吉祥的云音完全融入。在无数劫中修持善行的时候，那些所宣说的法门，它们的边际是永远不容易找到的。这个解脱是光荣的顶髻。十方眷属非常真实地显现，所有佛陀怙主都显现可见，对一切众生来说，能仁是无比庄严的。对此，苦行光芒四射的吉祥融入。在一切众生中，能仁是至高无上的，在一切清净的房屋中，都显现安住，也降下广阔的法雨。这是 照亮一切方向的行境。诸佛的法是甚深的，一切都自然产生于法的运行中，并示现自性之法性。对此，猛烈的光芒非常欢喜。对于那些被邪见黑暗和愚痴所蒙蔽的，所有放逸混乱的世间，诸佛都善巧地宣说了法，对此，普照之神欢喜。诸佛过去所发的所有愿望，是无法想象的，以力量和波罗蜜多完全清净。光芒四射的云彩以这种方式融入其中。对此，水神云和雾完全成就的胜幢的解脱是，完全融入对一切众生的慈爱之中。水神云音势，大海云的解脱是，产生无边法云的庄严。

Having fully observed the mandala of the retinue of the fire god, at that time, these verses were spoken: Please observe the power of the Buddhas' diligence, In countless great kalpas, diligently performing good deeds for the benefit of beings, thereby dispelling the darkness of all sentient beings. For those beings with waves of afflictions, abiding in wrong views and obscured by ignorance, the Protector pacifies the fire of afflictions. To this, the Victory Banner Mandala is very delighted. I have seen the vast realm of the Buddhas' conduct, even at the end of future ages, in the endless ocean of kalpas, the blessings of the Buddhas will be fully absorbed. Having seen it, the light of appearance is very joyful. The merit of the Buddhas is inexhaustible like the sky, its boundary cannot be found, and the compassion of the Buddhas cannot be shaken. To this, the glorious cloud sound is fully absorbed. When practicing virtuous deeds for countless kalpas, those Dharma teachings that were taught, their boundaries are never easy to find. This liberation is the glorious crest jewel. The retinues of the ten directions appear very truly, all the Buddha Protectors are visibly manifest, and for all beings, the Sage is supremely adorned. To this, the glory of asceticism radiating light is absorbed. Among all beings, the Sage is supreme, in all pure abodes, they appear to reside, and also send down the vast rain of Dharma. This is the realm of conduct that illuminates all directions. The Dharmas of the Buddhas are profound, everything arises naturally in the movement of Dharma, and they demonstrate the Dharma-nature of self-nature. To this, the fierce light is very joyful. For those obscured by the darkness of wrong views and ignorance, all the heedless and confused worlds, the Buddhas skillfully taught the Dharma, to this, the All-Illuminating God rejoices. All the aspirations that the Buddhas made in the past, are unimaginable, and are completely purified by strength and the perfections. The radiant clouds are absorbed into this in this way. To this, the liberation of the Victory Banner of the water god, cloud, and mist, is to be fully absorbed into the loving-kindness towards all sentient beings. The power of the water god cloud sound, the liberation of the ocean cloud, is the ornament of the arising of boundless Dharma clouds.

哦！水神种种水之顶髻的解脱是：观视一切成为容器的众生，名为摄集之瑜伽。水神善妙旋绕成就之祥的解脱是：当知是佛刹深奥的光雨之加持。水神一切处遍布无垢香之苗芽之祥的解脱是：当知是于观视佛之无垢光而如实进入之加持。水神威猛波涛之声福德台之光的解脱是：名为法界无自性且无垢。水神于令满足而得自在圆满成就的解脱是：名为进入大悲无尽之门。水神于如尘埃数之门中发出音声的解脱是：名为于佛与菩提萨埵之眷属之坛城中生起喜悦之力的心髓。水神光明周遍行且令增长的解脱是：名为福德无染污，极广大而极显现之坛城。水神海洋深处之吼声之光的解脱是：名为以如虚空调伏一切有情之瑜伽而调伏。之后，水神以云与雾周遍成就之胜幢，以佛之威力，观视水神眷属之坛城一切处，彼时说了这些偈颂： 诸佛之名一一皆， 与佛刹土之尘相等， 慈爱显现所生甚善， 一切有情观视不厌。 于一切有情诸佛前， 无有厌倦修习而净治， 种种示现法之诸门， 此入大海力之理。 诸佛不显现迁变， 亦不显现从十方来， 如器之理亦观有情， 观视水之顶髻彼坛城。 如来之刹不可量， 一切有情不能思， 于一切方遍满发声。

O! The liberation of the water deity's crest of various waters is: To look upon all beings who have become vessels, it is called the yoga of gathering. The liberation of the auspiciousness of the water deity's good swirling accomplishment is: Know that it is the blessing of the rain of light of the profound Buddha-field. The liberation of the auspiciousness of the water deity's sprout of immaculate fragrance pervading everywhere is: Know that it is the blessing of truly entering into the vision of the Buddha's immaculate light. The liberation of the water deity's sound of mighty waves, the light of the platform of merit is: It is called the Dharma realm, without characteristics and immaculate. The liberation of the water deity's complete accomplishment of being able to satisfy is: It is called entering the inexhaustible gate of great compassion. The liberation of the water deity's arising of sound from the doors as numerous as dust particles is: It is called the essence of the power of joy arising in the mandala of the retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The liberation of the water deity's light that goes everywhere and causes growth is: It is called the mandala of merit without attachment, which is very vast and very manifest. The liberation of the water deity's light of the roar of the depths of the ocean is: It is called taming by the yoga of taming all beings like the sky. Then, the water deity, with the victory banner of clouds and mists completely accomplished, by the power of the Buddha, looked upon all the mandalas of the retinue of the water deity. At that time, he spoke these verses: Each and every name of the Victorious Ones, Is equal to the dust of the Buddha-fields, It is very good that it arises from manifest love, All sentient beings look upon it and are never satisfied. In front of the Victorious Ones in all beings, Without weariness, they practice and purify, They also show various doors of the Dharma, This enters into the manner of the ocean's power. The Victorious Ones do not appear to transmigrate, Nor do they appear to come from the ten directions, They also look upon sentient beings like the manner of a vessel, Look upon that mandala of the crest of water. The realm of the Thus-Gone One is immeasurable, All sentient beings cannot conceive of it, It proclaims sound pervading in all directions.
