་ཤིག །དགའ་བ་སྒོམས་ཤིག །བཏང་སྙོམས་སྒོམས་ཤིག །མ་ལ་རིམ་གྲོ་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཕ་ལ་རིམ་གྲོ་གྱིས་ཤིག །རིགས་ཀྱི་གཙོ་བོ་ལ་རིམ་གྲོ་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་པ་འདི་ནི་བསྐལ་པའི་སྒྲ་ཆེར་སྒྲོགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའོ། །ལོ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གཅིག་འདས་ནས་སླར་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱོན་ནོ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པ་འདི་འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་འདི་ནས་འཇིག་རྟེན་པ་རྣམས་ལོ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གཅིག་འདས་ནས་གཞན་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱོན་ནོ་ཞེས་རྗོད་ཅིང་སྒྲ་ཆེར་སྒྲོགས་པས་རྒྱུ་བ་འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ཆེར་སྒྲོགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ལོ་བརྒྱ་འདས་ནས་འཁོར་ ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བྱོན་ནོ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པ་ནི་ལྷ་ཉིད་དེ། འཇིག་རྟེན་པ་རྣམས་ལོ་བརྒྱ་འདས་ནས་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱོན་ཞེས་སྒྲ་ཆེར་རྗོད་ཅིང་རྒྱུ་བ་འདི་ནི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་སྒྲ་ཆེར་སྒྲོགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གསུམ་པོ་འདི་ནི་སྒྲ་ཆེར་སྒྲོགས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ལས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ཆེར་སྒྲོགས་པ་ཐོས་ནས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བཅུའི་ཁོར་ཡུག་གི་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་གནས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུས་ཏེ། ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་བར་རྟོགས་ནས་ཞུ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཉེ་བར་སོང་སྟེ། ཞུས་ནས་ཀྱང་སྔར་གྱི་མཚན་མ་སྐྱེས་པ་ལ་ཞུས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་སླར་ཡང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རེ་རེའི་ཁོར་ཡུག་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིའི་རིས་དང། བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་འཐབ་བྲལ་དང་དགའ་ལྡན་དང་འཕྲུལ་དགའ་དང་གཞན་འཕྲུལ་དབང་བྱེད་དང། ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ལྷ་དང། ཁོར་ཡུག་གི་ལྷ་རྣམས་འདུས་པའོ། །དགའ་ལྡན་གྱི་གནས་སུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་སྟེ། དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་བཅུ་རྫོགས་པ་ནི་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱི་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མ་ཡིན། བདུད་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་མ་ཡིན། ཚངས་པའི་ཕྱིར་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མ་ཡིན་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་འཇིག་རྟེན་བསྒྲལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང། ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་བའི་ཕྱིར་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ནི་ད་ལྟའི་དུས་ནས་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོ་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་བའི་དུས་ནི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོ་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཞེས་ཞུས་སོ། །སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྷ་ལ་གནང་བ་མ་བྱིན་ཏེ། དུས་དང་གླིང་དང་ཡུལ་

修习慈爱吧！修习喜悦吧！修习舍吧！侍奉母亲吧！侍奉父亲吧！侍奉种族的首领吧！这被称为“劫之大宣告”。过了一千年后，再次有佛陀一切智者降临世间，说出此语。这是守护世间的诸神，从这里向世间之人宣告：过了一千年后，还有佛陀降临世间。这样宣说并大声宣告的原因，这被称为“佛陀之大宣告”。此外，过了一百年后，转轮王将降临，这是神自己说的。世间之人过了一百年后，转轮王将降临世间，这样大声宣说并流传，这被称为“转轮王之大宣告”。这三者就是大宣告。从这些宣告中，听到佛陀之大宣告后，十万个环境之神全部聚集在一个地方。得知某某菩萨将成佛，为了请求而靠近，请求后也向之前有相的人请求。那时，再次聚集了所有各自环境的四大天王眷属，以及帝释天、善斗、兜率天、乐变化天、他化自在天，以及大梵天等诸神和环境之神。他们前往兜率天，来到菩萨面前，说道：大仙，您圆满了十度波罗蜜，不是为了成就帝释天的圆满，不是为了魔，不是为了梵天而追求圆满，也不是为了转轮王的圆满而追求圆满。而且，是为了救度世间，为了追求一切智而圆满。他们从现在开始，请求大仙成佛的时机，即大仙成佛。大菩萨没有应允诸神，而是观察时、洲和地方。

Practice love! Practice joy! Practice equanimity! Serve your mother! Serve your father! Serve the chief of your lineage! This is called the 'Great Proclamation of the Aeon.' After a thousand years have passed, again a Buddha, an all-knowing one, will come into the world, so it is said. This is the gods who protect the world, from here proclaiming to the people of the world: after a thousand years have passed, another Buddha will come into the world. The reason for proclaiming and loudly announcing this is called the 'Great Proclamation of the Buddha.' Furthermore, after a hundred years have passed, a Wheel-Turning King will come, so it is said by the gods themselves. After a hundred years have passed for the people of the world, a Wheel-Turning King will come into the world, so they loudly proclaim and spread it, which is called the 'Great Proclamation of the Wheel-Turning King.' These three are the great proclamations. From these, having heard the Great Proclamation of the Buddha, all the gods of the ten thousand surrounding areas gather in one place. Having realized that a certain Bodhisattva will become a Buddha, they approach to request, and having requested, they also request from the one who previously had the marks. At that time, again, the retinues of the four Great Kings of each of their surrounding areas, as well as Indra, Harmony, Tushita, Delight in Emanation, Control over Others' Emanations, and the gods including Great Brahma, and the gods of the surrounding areas gather. They go to the Tushita heaven, to the presence of the Bodhisattva, and say: Great Sage, your completion of the ten perfections is not for the sake of achieving the perfection of Indra, not for Mara, not for the sake of pursuing completion for Brahma, nor for the sake of pursuing completion for the perfection of a Wheel-Turning King. Moreover, it is for the sake of liberating the world and for the sake of pursuing omniscience that you complete them. From this present time, they request the time when the Great Sage will become a Buddha, that is, when the Great Sage will become a Buddha. The Great Bodhisattva, not granting the gods, observes the time, continent, and place.
