It is like the sky. Equality or inequality is not perceived in that wisdom. Therefore, that wisdom is both unequal and equal. No other wisdom similar to it is perceived in that wisdom. Therefore, that wisdom is incomparable. Then, the Blessed One said to Manjushri, who had become a youth: "Manjushri, is this wisdom not immutable?" Manjushri replied: "Blessed One, this wisdom is unmade. Therefore, it is immutable. Blessed One, for example, an unmarked karshapana (a type of coin) is neither mutable nor immutable. Blessed One, similarly, this wisdom is unmade, unaccomplished, unborn, unextracted, and unceased. Therefore, it is immutable." Then, the Blessed One said to Manjushri, who had become a youth: "Manjushri, who will accept this teaching of the Tathagata's wisdom as it is taught?" Manjushri replied: "Blessed One, those who are neither of the nature of samsara nor of the nature of complete nirvana, and those who are not moved by the heap of aggregates, and those who have not abandoned desire, hatred, and delusion, they will accept it. Why? Because what is not abandoned will not become abandoned, nor will it be completely abandoned. Those who have neither transcended samsara nor are among the number of samsara, and those who have neither departed from the path nor generate the notion of the path, they will seek the meaning of this teaching." After he had spoken thus, the Blessed One said to Manjushri, who had become a youth: "Manjushri, well done, well done! Your words are well spoken." Then, at that time, the venerable Mahakashyapa said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, in a time when it does not exist, will there be some who will hear, believe, seek, and hold this profound Dharma-Vinaya and this profound Prajnaparamita?" After he had spoken thus, the Blessed One said to the venerable Mahakashyapa: "Kashyapa, even in this assembly, there are some who have not...

In the time to come, there will be monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen who will listen to, believe in, fully understand, and accept this profound Vinaya and this profound Prajnaparamita. Kashyapa, for example, if a householder or a householder's son loses a jewel worth a hundred thousand, he will be miserable and unhappy. When he finds it, he will be happy and pleased, and there will be no thought that completely torments him. Kashyapa, similarly, monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen, if they have not heard this profound Prajnaparamita—unborn, unoriginated, naturally completely passed beyond sorrow until no-thing—they will think: 'We have not heard this profound Prajnaparamita—unborn, unoriginated, naturally completely passed beyond sorrow until no-thing.' When they hear it at another time, they will be glad, happy, and pleased, and there will be no thought that completely torments them. They will say: 'We have heard this profound Prajnaparamita—unborn, no-thing, unoriginated, and today we have seen the Buddha and also attended upon the Tathagata.' Kashyapa, for example, the gods of the Thirty-Three see the Parijata tree sprouting, and they think: 'This Parijata tree will soon be covered with flowers.' They will be glad and very glad. Kashyapa, similarly, monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen, if they hear this profound Prajnaparamita—unborn, unoriginated until no-thing—they will be glad and very glad. Kashyapa, those who in the future time hear this profound Prajnaparamita—unborn, unoriginated until no-thing, and will be glad and very glad, you should know that they will dwell in this assembly of mine.

Know this! Those beings who in the future will feel joy and great joy, with that joy and great joy, before long, all the flowers of the Buddha's teachings will bloom, therefore know that all the flowers will bloom. O Light-Protector, just like this, the profound Prajnaparamita from non-arising and non-occurrence to non-thingness, this in the future, after the Tathagata's passing, will exist and be practiced, know that that is also the blessing of the Buddha and the power of the Buddha. O Light-Protector, therefore, those beings who, having heard the profound Prajnaparamita from non-arising and non-occurrence to non-thingness, feel joy, O Light-Protector, that is not their first hearing. O Light-Protector, just like this, for example, when a jeweler sees a precious jewel and feels joy, know that at that time that jeweler is not seeing the precious jewel for the first time, but he has previously often seen precious jewels. O Light-Protector, similarly, those beings who, having heard the profound Prajnaparamita from non-arising and non-occurrence to non-thingness, feel joy and great joy, and feel satisfied, pleased, and have a sense of ease, O Light-Protector, this is not their first hearing. O Light-Protector, those beings will say this: "Please, Manjushri, the youthful one, speak of this teaching from non-arising to non-thingness and non-occurrence." They are beings who have previously often served and revered Manjushri, the youthful one. O Light-Protector, just like this, for example, someone goes to a village, city, town, or any village for some need, and at another time, another person comes to him, praising that city, and the delightful gardens, the delightful land, the delightful ponds, the delightful nurseries, springs, small lakes, pools, flowers, and fruits, he hears those praises.
