Changing, the Thus-gone One also said, "This is the support of all dharmas, this is the basis of all dharmas, this is the accumulation of all dharmas." If it is said that this shows the place of all dharmas, then, because all dharmas do not abide and are without basis, and without etc., therefore, no dharma abides permanently. Therefore, the Thus-gone One did not show the place, basis, and etc. of all dharmas. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, all dharmas are not completely accomplished, they are without inherent existence. Since no dharma exists and is not completely accomplished, dharmas do not abide anywhere. Therefore, all dharmas are called non-abiding. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, all dharmas do not abide in the manner of non-abiding and the manner of non-reliance. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, all dharmas have no abiding. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, for example, the four great rivers flow from Lake Mapam, and the flow does not cease until they reach the great ocean. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, likewise, all dharmas do not abide until the manifestation of actions is exhausted. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, the so-called non-manifestation of actions, has neither abiding nor non-abiding, nor cessation. All those enumerations do not exist in it. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, the so-called abiding or cessation, or non-abiding, or manifestation of actions, those are the enumeration shown. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, the so-called abiding, reliance, or basis, that is the showing of how beings enter. In the absence of manifestation of actions, there is none of this enumeration. Therefore, all dharmas are called non-abiding. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, this is the practice of the perfection of wisdom, the bodhisattva's combination of non-abiding in all dharmas. The one who subdues with the greatest strength, the bodhisattva who practices in this way will quickly perfect all the dharmas of omniscience, will be close to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, quickly the essence of enlightenment...
