One does not use 'now arising.' One does not use 'self' on form. One does not use 'mine' on form. Similarly, one does not use 'self' on feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. One does not use 'mine' on consciousness. One does not use 'suffering' on form. Similarly, one does not use 'suffering' on feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. One does not use 'mine' and 'other's' on form. Similarly, one does not use 'mine' and 'other's' on feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. A Bodhisattva who practices in this way, subduing completely with supreme effort, is practicing the Perfection of Wisdom. Furthermore, a Bodhisattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom, subduing completely with supreme effort, does not use the arising of form, does not use the cessation of form, does not use 'deep' for form, does not use 'not deep' for form, does not use 'empty' for form, does not use 'not empty' for form, does not use 'sign' for form, does not use 'signless' for form, does not use 'wish' for form, does not use 'wishless' for form, does not use 'manifest activity' for form, does not use 'non-manifest activity' for form. Similarly, one does not use the arising of feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness, one does not use the cessation of consciousness, one does not use 'deep' for consciousness, one does not use 'not deep' for consciousness, one does not use 'empty' for consciousness, one does not use 'not empty' for consciousness, one does not use 'sign' for consciousness, one does not use 'signless' for consciousness, one does not use 'wish' for consciousness, one does not use 'wishless' for consciousness, one does not use 'manifest activity' for consciousness, one does not use 'non-manifest activity' for consciousness. Why is that? Because all of these, subduing completely with supreme effort, belong to arrogance, wavering, elaboration, and craving. 'I should practice,' that is called wavering. Practicing here

That which is called "should be practiced" is proliferation. That which is called "practicing with this" belongs to craving. That which is called "practicing on this" is arrogance. Bodhisattvas, subduing with supreme skill, knowing that all these are arrogance, agitation, proliferation, and belonging to craving, do not become arrogant towards anything in order to completely destroy all ignorance. Because they do not become arrogant, they do not practice on anything, nor do they act on anything. They have no dwelling place, nor is there gathering, nor is there separation, therefore they do not cling to anything. Subduing with supreme skill, this is the great bodhisattva's practice of the Perfection of Wisdom, completely destroying all arrogance. Furthermore, subduing with supreme skill, the bodhisattva thus practicing the Perfection of Wisdom does not practice on form as "permanent" or "impermanent." He does not practice on form as "empty" or "not empty." He does not practice on form as "like an illusion." He does not practice on form as "like a dream." He does not practice on form as "like a mirage." He does not practice on form as "like an echo." Likewise, he does not practice on feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness as "permanent" or "impermanent." He does not practice on consciousness as "empty" or "not empty." He does not practice on consciousness as "like an illusion." He does not practice on consciousness as "like a dream." He does not practice on consciousness as "like a mirage." He does not practice on consciousness as "like an echo." Why is that? Subduing with supreme skill, because all these are not discrimination, examination, practice, and non-practice. Subduing with supreme skill, the bodhisattva, knowing that all these are not discrimination, examination, practice, and non-practice, practices the Perfection of Wisdom in order to completely destroy all practices and to fully understand all practices. Subduing with supreme skill, this is what is shown as the practice of a bodhisattva.

Thus having spoken, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, having completely overcome with great effort, said this to the Bhagavan: "The practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable." The Bhagavan said: "He who completely overcomes with great effort, it is just so. Because form is inconceivable, the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. Likewise, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. Name and form are inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. Dependent origination is inconceivable, and all afflictions are inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. The ripening of karma is inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. Inversion is inconceivable, and becoming a view is inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. The desire realm is inconceivable, and the form realm and the formless realm are inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. Self (藏文,བདག་,梵文天城体,ātman,梵文罗马拟音,ātman,汉语字面意思:自我) is inconceivable, and sentient beings are inconceivable, giving is inconceivable, stinginess is inconceivable, discipline is inconceivable, immoral discipline is inconceivable, patience is inconceivable, harmful intent is inconceivable, diligence is inconceivable, laziness is inconceivable, meditation is inconceivable, distraction is inconceivable, wisdom is inconceivable, immoral wisdom is inconceivable, so the practice of the Bodhisattva's Prajnaparamita is inconceivable. Desire, hatred, and delusion are in-
