Having subdued all enemies, whoever writes this Prajñāpāramitā in words, and gives the scripture to sentient beings, their merit is especially supreme. Why is that? Because those supreme speakers, having trained here, declare all dharmas to be emptiness here. Hearing this, the Śrāvakas quickly attain liberation. They also attain self-realized Bodhi and Buddha Bodhi. If there is no sprout, the trees of the world cannot arise, so how can there be branches, flowers, and fruits? If there is no Bodhicitta, the world cannot arise, so how can there be fruits like Indra, Brahma, and Śrāvakas? When the sun's disc emits a net of light, at that time sentient beings diligently work. When Bodhicitta arises in the world for the wise to know, wisdom endows sentient beings with qualities and dharma. For example, if there is no Nāga king in Lake Anavatapta, how can rivers flow in Jambudvipa? Without rivers, flowers and fruits cannot arise. The ocean will also lose many precious forms. Likewise, without Bodhicitta, how can the wisdom of the Sugatas arise in all these worlds? Without wisdom, merit cannot increase, and there is no Bodhi. The Buddha's Dharma, like an ocean, will also cease to exist. In this world, how many beings illuminate all things? To illuminate everything by extracting light, it is better to extract one ray of the sun, because the light of the illuminating groups cannot compare to the light of the sun. How many Śrāvaka assemblies, accumulating merit with generosity, discipline, meditation, and so on, even generating a mind of rejoicing after the Bodhisattva, the accumulation of merit of the Śrāvaka assembly cannot compare. Countless billions of Buddhas of the past, dwelling in countless and boundless pure lands, and all the protectors of the world who have passed into Nirvana, teaching the precious Dharma to end suffering. From the initial generation of supreme Bodhicitta until the time when the Dharma of the guides is exhausted, all the merit of those Buddhas, corresponding to the Pāramitās, and all the Buddha's Dharma, all the Buddha's sons and Śrāvakas,

The virtues, both with and without outflows, whether learned or unlearned, are gathered together, and the Bodhisattvas are rejoiced after. For the sake of benefiting beings, for the sake of enlightenment, everything is dedicated. If, when dedicating, attachment arises in the mind, attachment to enlightenment, attachment to dedication, attachment to sentient beings, then because of attachment, the mind clings to three places. Because there is an object, the dedication is not complete. If it is like this, this dharma ceases and is exhausted, and the place of dedication also ceases and is exhausted. If one knows that dharma does not dedicate to dharma, then knowing this well is dedication. If one clings to characteristics, then it is not dedication. If there are no characteristics, then it is dedication to enlightenment. Just as eating good food mixed with poison, the Victorious Ones also speak of clinging to white dharma in the same way. Therefore, one should learn dedication in this way. Just as the Victorious Ones know those virtues, whatever form, whatever origin, whatever nature, rejoice and dedicate in the same way. If one dedicates merit to enlightenment in this way, then it is said that one does not abandon the Buddha who is without poison. Thus, dedicating in this way, the heroes subdue all the Bodhisattvas of the world who have characteristics. The blind, without a target, hundreds of thousands of millions, do not even know the way, how could they enter the city? Without wisdom, these five perfections without eyes, because they have no target, cannot touch enlightenment. When wisdom has completely taken hold, then one finds the eye and obtains this name. For example, the work of painting is completed, but there are no eyes. Just as one does not receive a reward until the eyes are painted. When, with regard to conditioned and unconditioned things, and black and white dharmas, one analyzes with wisdom, and does not see even a particle, then in the world, it is called the perfection of wisdom, like the sky, which does not abide in anything at all. If I should practice the wisdom of the Victorious Ones, and liberate many sentient beings from suffering, hundreds of thousands of millions, and attachment arises towards sentient beings, and completely distinguish the mind of enlightenment, then this is not practicing the supreme perfection of wisdom. Whatever Bodhisattva practiced in the past, practiced in this perfection, the wise have no doubt. Unheard
