The Noble Perfection of Wisdom in Verses of Collection The Noble Perfection of Wisdom in Verses of Collection In Sanskrit: Āryaprajñāpāramitāsañcayagāthā. In Tibetan: The Noble Perfection of Wisdom in Verses of Collection. Homage to Noble Mañjuśrī! Then, again, the Blessed One, in order to make those four assemblies completely rejoice, again taught this Perfection of Wisdom. At that time, these verses were spoken: Having placed joy, respect, and supreme faith, Having removed obscurations and afflictions, transcending defilements, Manifestly entering into the benefit of beings, possessing the Perfection of Wisdom, Listen to that in which the brave ones engage. First Chapter: Showing the Nature of All-Knowingness In this Jambudvipa, how many rivers flow, Producing flowers, fruits, medicines, and forests, The dragon king and lords rely on the Anavatapta Lake, That is the power and glory of the lord of dragons. How many of the Victorious Ones' Śrāvakas teach the Dharma, Speaking with explanation and reasoning, Bringing supreme happiness and obtaining its result, All of these are due to the power of the Sugata's beings. Why is that? Because whatever Dharma the Victorious One taught, It is manifestly learned by the supreme person who became a disciple, Having directly realized it, they teach it as it is, It is done by the power of the Buddha, not by the power of their own strength. In that which the supreme Perfection of Wisdom is not fixated upon, Bodhisattvas are not fixated upon, Bodhicitta is not fixated upon, Having heard that, without confusion and without fear, That Bodhisattva engages in the wisdom of the Sugatas. Without form, without feeling, without perception, without conception, In that, there is not even a particle where consciousness abides. It does not abide in all Dharmas, it engages without abiding, Without grasping, the Sugatas attain Bodhi. Just as a wandering craftsman, with skillful knowledge, Decomposes the aimless aggregates, like phenomena. Whatever Bodhisattva knows the Dharma in that way, Does not touch Nirvana, that is the abode of wisdom. Again, what is this wisdom? To whom does it belong? From where does it come? Thus, realize that all these Dharmas are empty.
