Those with mindfulness constantly wander. "I" and "mine" are not truly empty. Children tie knots in the sky themselves. For example, with the thought of doubt, poison arises. Even if the poison does not enter the stomach, one will faint. Likewise, children accept "I" and "mine." In that "I," the thought of reality, impermanence, birth, and death arises. As one grasps, so all afflictions are shown. Not fixating on "I" and "mine" is said to be purification. In this, there is no affliction, purity, or immutability. Bodhisattvas realize the perfection of wisdom. All sentient beings in Jambudvipa, all of them generate the supreme mind of enlightenment. Having given charity for many millions of years, all dedicate it as a cause for enlightenment for the benefit of beings. If one diligently strives for the supreme Prajnaparamita, even if one practices in accordance with it for a single day, the accumulation of merit from that charity cannot compare to it. Therefore, one should always engage in wisdom without negligence. Yogis who practice the supreme Prajnaparamita, even though they generate great compassion, have no concept of sentient beings. At that time, the wise become the object of charity for all beings, always begging for alms in the country, and all actions are meaningful. Bodhisattvas who have a long-standing connection here, for the sake of liberating sentient beings in the three realms of gods, humans, and hells, wishing to show the vast path to the realm of sentient beings, should strive day and night in Prajnaparamita. If a person finds a precious jewel that they have never found before, they rejoice at finding it at another time. But if they become careless and lose it as soon as they find it, they will always suffer from the desire for the jewel because of the loss. Thus, one should not abandon the yoga of Prajnaparamita, which is like a precious jewel that has entered the supreme enlightenment. Just as one finds a jewel, takes it, and diligently wraps it, one quickly goes to peace. Just as the sun, free from clouds, has a network of rays, arising and destroying all thick darkness, suppressing all fireflies, sparks, all living beings, and the multitude of stars and the light of the moon. Likewise, Bodhisattvas, with Prajnaparamita, supremely practice emptiness and signlessness.

Conduct. The wise destroy the darkness of wrong views, and with their power overwhelm all beings, Arhats, Pratyekabuddhas, and many Bodhisattvas. Just as a king's son, if he desires to give away wealth, should become the leader of all. This is so, and it also makes many sentient beings happy. If he has obtained the means and abides in the royal position, what need is there to say more? Likewise, a Bodhisattva who is skilled in the practice of wisdom gives nectar and makes gods and humans happy. This is so, and he also strives to benefit many sentient beings. What need is there to say more, since he abides in the position of a Dharma king? At that time, the demons will have thorns of pain. Sadness, depression, suffering, displeasure, weakness. How can the mind of such a Bodhisattva be shaken? To show terror, they burn the directions and throw shooting stars. When those wise ones have strong intentions and day and night contemplate the supreme meaning of the perfection of wisdom, then their body and mind fly like birds of the sky-goers. How can the black forces find an opportunity? When a Bodhisattva fights and quarrels, and has a mind of disagreement and anger, then the demons rejoice and are supremely happy. They think that those two are far from the wisdom of the Victorious One. Those two become distant and become like flesh-eaters. Both of them cause their own vows to deteriorate. Where is enlightenment for those who are hateful and intolerant? At that time, the demons and their retinues rejoice together. If a Bodhisattva who has not received a prophecy becomes angry and quarrels with one who has received a prophecy, then for every moment of that faulty anger, he must put on armor again for that many eons. The Buddhas touch enlightenment with the perfection of patience. They generate the thought that this mind is not good, they generate mindfulness, they separately restrain it, and afterwards they protect it and do not rejoice. That is how they learn in the Buddha's Dharma. When one learns, one does not accept any learning. One does not fixate on the learner or the objects of learning, and one does not conceptualize learning or not learning. Whoever learns in that way learns in the Buddha's Dharma. Any Bodhisattva who knows such learning will never violate the precepts or break the vows.
