Furthermore, they do not abide in the Jewel Continent, nor do they abide in the house of consciousness, but they become skilled in the path. Likewise, Bodhisattvas, being clear, are skilled in all liberations of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers. Therein, there is no abiding; the wisdom of the Buddha is not a dwelling place. Not abiding in the unconditioned, one knows the manner of the path. When, having connected with beings through love, one practices the samadhi of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, will they attain the cessation of suffering, or nirvana? That which can be established as conditioned is without abiding. For example, the body of an emanation is not non-appearing, and it can also be established by name. Likewise, Bodhisattvas practicing the door of liberation can also be established by name. If one asks about conduct and faculties, Bodhisattvas do not show the Dharma of emptiness and signlessness. Therefore, they do not explain the Dharma of the irreversible ground; this should be known as unpredicted. The fifth chapter explains the peak realization. Arhats, the ground, and the wisdom of Pratyekabuddhas, and the three realms, they do not desire even in dreams. They see the Buddhas and teach the Dharma to beings. This should be known as the irreversible prophecy. If in a dream one sees beings dwelling in the three lower realms, in that instant, one cuts off the stream of the lower realms and makes aspirations. By the blessing of truth, the pile of fire is pacified. This should be known as the irreversible prophecy. In the human world, elemental spirits and diseases increase. They are pacified by the blessing of truth, endowed with benefit and compassion. However, there is no conceit, and no pride arises. This should be known as the irreversible prophecy. If, through various blessings of truth, pride arises, thinking, "I have been prophesied because of wealth," or if a Bodhisattva is proud of the prophecy of another, know that one who dwells in pride is of small wisdom. From the basis of name, the demon comes near and says, "This is the name between you and your parents, and your seven generations of ancestors. When you become a Buddha, this is the name." How will one who possesses training, discipline, and yoga appear? Your previous qualities were also like this.

Thus it is declared. Whoever hears these words, the arrogant Bodhisattva, know that they are instigated by demons and are of small intellect. They rely heavily on extremely secluded villages, cities, mountain valleys, and secluded monasteries and forests. The Bodhisattva who praises himself and disparages others, know that they are instigated by demons and are of small intellect. They constantly reside in villages, rural areas, and towns, and apart from maturing sentient beings and striving for Bodhi, they do not generate the desire for Hearers and Solitary Realizers. This is the solitude spoken of by the sons of the Sugata. If one resides for many years, even hundreds of thousands of eons, in a mountain valley of five hundred yojanas filled with snakes, yet that Bodhisattva does not know this solitude, they have obtained excessive pride and dwell as a demon. The Bodhisattva who strives for the benefit of beings and has attained meditation, powers, faculties, liberation, and samadhi, if they disdainfully say, "This is not the practice of solitude," that is the realm of demons, as the Buddha has said. Whether one resides in a village or a monastery, if one is free from the mind of the two vehicles and is certain of supreme Bodhi, this is the solitude for those who engage in benefiting beings; the Bodhisattva who is lukewarm harms themselves. Therefore, those who seek the supreme Bodhi, wise ones with strong aspiration, should definitely subdue pride. Just as the sick rely on a doctor for healing, one should rely on a virtuous friend without negligence. Bodhisattvas who wish to enter the supreme Bodhi of the Buddhas should rely on a virtuous friend together with the Paramitas. These are the ones who show the way to follow; this is the place of accomplishment. Through two causes, one quickly realizes the Bodhi of the Buddhas. All the Buddhas who reside in the past, future, and ten directions, all have this Paramita as the path; there is no other. This Paramita is said to be the light, lamp, manifestation, and supreme guide for those who enter supreme Bodhi. Just as the Prajnaparamita is empty in nature, know that all Dharmas are similar to this nature. If one knows well that all Dharmas are empty and without characteristics, such conduct is the conduct of the wisdom of the Sugata. Sentient beings are universally hungry, desiring food, and attached to Samsara.
