That which is properly attending to the mind, that is, the perfection of meditative concentration will also be completely fulfilled. Through the perfection of meditative concentration, the perfection of diligence will also be completely fulfilled. Through the perfection of diligence, the perfection of patience will also be completely fulfilled. Through the perfection of patience, the perfection of moral discipline will also be completely fulfilled. Through the perfection of moral discipline, the perfection of generosity will also be completely fulfilled. Likewise, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment and the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha will also be completely fulfilled. Having transcended the level of hearers and solitary realizers, one will enter the faultless state of a Bodhisattva. Having entered the faultless state of a Bodhisattva, the superknowledges of a Bodhisattva will be attained. Having attained the superknowledges of a Bodhisattva, one will go from Buddha-field to Buddha-field, and whatever bodies will cause sentient beings to be completely ripened, those bodies will be taken at will. Either the body of a universal monarch, or like a great Sal tree of the royal caste, or like a great Sal tree of the Brahmin caste, or like the body of a great Sal tree of the householder caste, having taken such a body, sentient beings will be completely ripened. Blessed One, therefore, I am not disrespectful to the relics of the Tathagata, nor do I not wish to take them, but by honoring the Perfection of Wisdom, the relics of the Tathagata will also be honored, will be made into a teacher, will be made into an image, will be made into an offering. Blessed One, furthermore, the countless and immeasurable realms of the ten directions, those Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas who abide there, whoever wishes to see their Dharma-body and Form-body, should uphold this Perfection of Wisdom.

I will uphold it. I will recite it. I will comprehend it. I will also extensively and accurately explain it to others. And I will also properly attend to it. Sons or daughters of good family, those sons or daughters of good family who wish to see the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Samyaksaṃbuddhas of the ten directions, those sons or daughters of good family who practice the Prajñāpāramitā, should cultivate mindfulness of the Buddha in the nature of reality. Bhagavan, the nature of reality is these two. What are the two? Namely, the nature of conditioned dharmas and the nature of unconditioned dharmas. Bhagavan, what is the nature of conditioned dharmas? Up to the seeking of inner emptiness, and the seeking of emptiness of the nature of non-things, and the seeking of the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, and the seeking of the ten powers of the Tathāgata, and the seeking of the four fearlessnesses, and the seeking of the four analytical knowledges, and the seeking of the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and the seeking of virtuous and non-virtuous dharmas, and those with outflows and those without outflows, and those with faults and those without faults, and those worldly and those beyond worldly, and the seeking of defiled and purified dharmas, this is called the nature of conditioned dharmas. What is the nature of unconditioned dharmas? In what dharma, there is no birth, no cessation, no abiding, no change from abiding, no defilement, no purification, no decrease, no increase, and up to all dharmas being without self-nature. What is all dharmas being without self-nature? All dharmas are the nature of non-things, this is called the nature of unconditioned dharmas. Then, the Bhagavan spoke to Indra, the lord of the gods, as follows: Kauśika (कौशिक,kauśika, कौशिका), it is so, it is so, this

In the past, all those Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas who have appeared also attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment by relying on this Perfection of Wisdom. In the future, all those Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas who will appear will also attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment by relying on this Perfection of Wisdom. Thus, in the countless and immeasurable realms of the ten directions, all those Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas who dwell, live, and exist also attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment by relying on this Perfection of Wisdom. Those who were the Shravaka disciples of the past Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, and those who will be the Shravaka disciples of the future Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, and those who are the Shravaka disciples of the currently appearing Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, they also obtained the fruits of Stream-enterer, Once-returner, Non-returner, and Arhat by relying on this Perfection of Wisdom. They will obtain, they are obtaining. In the past, all those who became Pratyekabuddhas, and in the future, all those who will become Pratyekabuddhas, and in the present, in the countless and immeasurable realms of the ten directions, all those Pratyekabuddhas who dwell, live, and exist also obtained Pratyekabuddha enlightenment by relying on this Perfection of Wisdom. They will obtain, they are obtaining. Why is that? Because this Perfection of Wisdom extensively teaches the Three Vehicles. And they are also the nature of no characteristics, the nature of no birth, the nature of no cessation, the nature of no defilement, and various
