nor does one see. Similarly, one does not associate with the right abandonments, the feet of miraculous power, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, the noble eightfold path, the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One, the four fearlessnesses, the four individual perfect knowledges, the five superknowledges, the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, and the very omniscience. Even the unshared qualities of a Buddha themselves are not truly seen. Shariputra, thus striving, a bodhisattva mahasattva is said to be striving in the perfection of wisdom. Shariputra, furthermore, when a bodhisattva mahasattva practices the perfection of wisdom, he does not associate Buddha with the very omniscience, nor does he associate the very omniscience with Buddha, nor does he truly see even Buddha himself. He does not associate enlightenment with the very omniscience, nor does he associate the very omniscience with enlightenment, nor does he truly see even enlightenment itself. Why is that? Because Buddha himself is the very omniscience, and the very omniscience is Buddha. Enlightenment itself is the very omniscience, and the very omniscience is enlightenment. Shariputra, a bodhisattva mahasattva who thus practices the perfection of wisdom is called diligent. Shariputra, furthermore, when a bodhisattva mahasattva practices the perfection of wisdom, he does not associate with the statement "form arises." Likewise, one does not associate with the notion of "existence" or "non-existence" regarding feelings, perceptions, formations, and consciousness. Whoever practices in this way does not acknowledge that they are practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, nor do they acknowledge that they are not practicing it.
