Excellent! Because there is no inversion of up and down, the teeth are even and complete with forty. Because the white and black parts are not mixed, and are extremely pure, without any red contamination, the eyes are clearly defined in black and white. Because the upper and lower eyelashes grow very straight and are not tangled, they are like the eyelashes of a cow. Therefore, welcoming and seeing off the guru, sitting to listen to the Dharma, and respectfully serving temples and stupas, lead to the hands and feet having the marks of the Dharma wheel. This is a sign of having many attendants. Because of unwavering devotion to the Yidam, the feet are firmly planted. This is a sign of being unshakeable and very stable. Because of being accustomed to the four ways of gathering disciples—giving, speaking sweetly, acting beneficially, and being consistent in meaning—the hands and feet are connected by webs. This is a sign of rapid gathering. Because of giving delicious and pleasant food, drinks, and beverages, the hands and feet appear young and soft, and the instep is very high. These two are signs of obtaining delicious and pleasant food, drinks, and beverages. Because of freeing those who are bound, performing life-saving rituals, and abstaining from killing, the fingers are long, the heels are wide, and the body is tall and upright. This is a sign of longevity. Because of correctly taking up virtuous Dharma, and maintaining and increasing it without diminishing, the instep is high, and the body hair curls upward. This is a sign of possessing the Dharma that does not decline. Because of mastering knowledge and crafts, and giving to others and receiving oneself, it is like the ankle of an antelope. This is a sign of quick understanding. Because one does not refuse to give away wealth that one possesses when asked, and does not say one has none, the arms naturally reach down to the knees. This is a sign of possessing wealth and being tamed. Because of properly encouraging those who are estranged from companionship, friendship, and relatives, and those who have become separated, to practice pure conduct, and completely guarding secret words, the secret place is sunken. This is a sign of having many children. Because of giving cushions, clothes, houses, immeasurable palaces, and good dwellings, the body has a golden color and the complexion is very smooth. It is a sign of obtaining a good harvest. Abandoning bustle, and to the Khenpo, and to the Acharya, and to the parents and brothers and so on, serving the Lamas in accordance with the Dharma, ordaining as monks, and with true vows, causing each hair to curl to the right, and adorning the face with a beautiful tuft of hair, this is an unparalleled sign. Not speaking unpleasant words and not slandering, speaking pleasant words and explaining well, holding in harmony, like the upper body of a lion, and the shoulders being perfectly beautiful, this is an invincible sign. Giving food, service, and medicine to the sick, giving beneficial food, and after service, the shoulder blades being very full, and the best of flavors, this is a sign of few illnesses. For gardens, retinues, drinks and ponds, bridges that are difficult to cross, places of food and garlands, platforms, and monasteries, and so on, giving priority to what others like, and giving to others by oneself, like the Nyagrodha tree covering the water's width, and the head having a crown, this is a sign of possessing great power. For a long time, speaking pleasant and gentle words, and speaking comfortably, the tongue being very wide and soft, and having the voice of Brahma, these two are signs of possessing speech with five qualities. The so-called speech with five qualities means being fully known and able to be distinguished, being pleasing to hear and without displeasure, being deep and the tone following, not being rough and being pleasing to the ear, and being unconfused and clear. For a long time, abandoning frivolous words and speaking at the right time, like the cheeks of a lion, this is a sign of being heard by all words. By serving and not despising, making life completely pure, the teeth being very white and even, this is a sign of accumulating retinues from the past. For a long time, speaking truthful and non-divisive words, the teeth being well arranged, the teeth being even and complete with forty, this is a sign of an inseparable retinue. Like embracing, without evil thoughts, without attachment or hatred, looking with eyes without ignorance, the white and black of the eyes being distinct, like the eyelashes of a cow.
