Then the lion's roar is proclaimed. In the world, whether it be a renunciate, or a Brahmin, or a god, or a demon, or Brahma, or anyone else, who cannot righteously turn the Wheel of Brahma, I shall turn it well. Whatever I have taught as the law of obstruction, if one relies on them, they will not become the law of obstruction, whether it be a renunciate, or a Brahmin, or a god, or a demon, or Brahma, or any other assembly of beings, in the world they will refute according to the Dharma. Because this cause is not truly seen, because the cause is not truly seen, therefore I have obtained happiness, obtained freedom from anxiety, obtained fearlessness, and thus I act, vowing to the supreme state. In the assembly, the lion's roar is proclaimed. In the world, whether it be a renunciate, or a Brahmin, or a god, or a demon, or Brahma, or anyone else, who cannot righteously turn the Wheel of Brahma, I shall truly turn it. Whatever I have taught, that which causes the arising of the noble path to be realized, thereby causing suffering to be completely extinguished, if one diligently applies oneself to these, suffering will not arise to be completely extinguished, whether it be a renunciate, or a Brahmin, or a god, or a demon, or Brahma, or any other assembly of beings, in the world they will refute according to the Dharma. Because this cause is not truly seen, because the cause is not truly seen, therefore I have obtained happiness, obtained freedom from anxiety, obtained fearlessness, and thus I act, vowing to the supreme state. In the world, whether it be a renunciate, or a Brahmin, or a god, or a demon, or Brahma, or anyone else, who cannot righteously turn the Wheel of Brahma, I shall turn it well. These four are fearlessness. What are the four individual perfect knowledges of the Thus-Gone One? They are: individual perfect knowledge of meaning, individual perfect knowledge of Dharma, individual perfect knowledge of definitive words, and individual perfect knowledge of confidence. What are these? They are focusing on meaning, focusing on Dharma, and definitive

Focusing on the sections, focusing on courage. Subhuti, what are the three protections of the Tathagata? The Tathagata is fully endowed with completely pure bodily conduct. The Tathagata does not have impure bodily conduct. The Tathagata does not have the thought of concealing anything, fearing that others will know. This is the first protection. The Tathagata is fully endowed with completely pure speech conduct. The Tathagata does not have impure speech conduct. The Tathagata does not have the thought of concealing anything, fearing that others will know. This is the second protection. The Tathagata is fully endowed with completely pure mental conduct. The Tathagata does not have impure mental conduct. The Tathagata does not have the thought of concealing anything, fearing that others will know. This is the third protection. Furthermore, what are the three mindfulnesses of the Tathagata? When the Tathagata teaches the Dharma, some listen attentively and respectfully, approaching with a mind to hear the teachings, and diligently engage in the Dharma and its practices. However, the Tathagata is not pleased by this, does not feel at ease, and is not mentally disturbed. This is the first mindfulness. Some do not listen attentively and respectfully, do not approach with a mind to hear the teachings, and do not diligently engage in the Dharma and its practices. Therefore, the Tathagata does not become angry, displeased, or unhappy. This is the second mindfulness. Some listen attentively and respectfully, approaching with a mind to hear the teachings, and diligently engage in the Dharma and its practices; some do not listen attentively and respectfully, do not approach with a mind to hear the teachings, and do not diligently engage in the Dharma and its practices. However, the Tathagata is neither pleased nor angry by this. Acting with equanimity, endowed with mindfulness and wisdom in all circumstances, this is the third mindfulness. Furthermore, what is the unfailing Dharma of the Tathagata?

Now, why do the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, teach the meaningful Dharma, and for the benefit of all sentient beings, they do not exceed the time, which is called the indestructible Dharma nature. What is the complete abandonment of the obscurations of habits of the Tathagata? All the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas have abandoned afflictions, but there are changes in the body. The Tathagata does not have such changes. This is called the complete abandonment of the obscurations of habits of the Tathagata. What is the great compassion of the Tathagata? The Tathagata, endowed with great compassion, holds the expressions of the world, and for the sake of seeing the roots of virtue, he contemplates the world three times during the day and three times during the night. In reality, the great compassion of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, constantly observes in order to fully ripen limitless sentient beings. This is called great compassion. Subhuti, what are the eighteen unshared Dharmas of the Buddha of the Tathagata? The Tathagata has no mistakes, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no various thoughts, no unfixed mind, no unexamined equanimity, no complete exhaustion of desire, no complete exhaustion of diligence, no complete exhaustion of mindfulness, no complete exhaustion of samadhi, no complete exhaustion of wisdom, no complete exhaustion of liberation, no complete exhaustion of the wisdom of liberation. All bodily activities are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. All verbal activities are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. All mental activities are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. In the past, the wisdom of non-attachment and non-obstruction observes and turns. In the future, the wisdom of non-attachment and non-obstruction observes and turns. In the present, the wisdom of non-attachment and non-obstruction observes and turns. These are the unshared Dharmas of the Buddhas. Subhuti, all the aspects of the Tathagata
