They will never be separated. The realm of emptiness, the self-nature of non-things, will never be separated. They will never be separated from the mindfulness, the right abandonment, the magical feet, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, and the eightfold noble path. They will never be separated from the noble truths, the meditations, the immeasurable, the formless attainments, the eight liberations, the nine gradual abidings, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and direct perception. They will never be separated from the samādhis and the gates of dhāraṇī. The Tathāgata's ten powers, four fearlessnesses, four analytical knowledges, and eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha will never be separated. Shariputra, this Prajñāpāramitā, after the Tathāgata's nirvāṇa, will be practiced in the southern direction. There, monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, with firm faith, will inquire, uphold, recite, comprehend, and properly attend to this profound Prajñāpāramitā, and will offer flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and many flags, pay homage, respect, and worship. By that root of virtue, they will never fall into evil destinies, they will experience the perfections of gods and humans, and will become manifestly superior through the six perfections. Having become manifestly superior through those six perfections, they will make offerings, pay homage, respect, and worship to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and will gradually enter nirvāṇa through the Hearer Vehicle, the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, or the Unsurpassed Perfectly Complete Buddha Vehicle. This profound Perfection of Wisdom will be practiced in the southern direction. There, monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, with steadfast faith, will inquire about this profound Perfection of Wisdom, hold it, recite it, read it, fully comprehend it, and properly contemplate it. They will make offerings with many flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and pennants. They will honor, respect, and venerate it. By that root of virtue, they will never fall into evil destinies. They will experience the perfections of gods and humans and will be manifestly elevated by the six perfections. Having become manifestly elevated by those six perfections, they will make offerings, honor, respect, and venerate the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and will gradually attain Nirvana through the Hearer Vehicle, the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, or the Unsurpassed Perfect and Complete Buddha Vehicle. Sharadvatiputra, in this way, this profound Perfection of Wisdom will be practiced from that place in the northern direction. There, monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, with steadfast faith, will inquire about this profound Perfection of Wisdom, hold it, recite it, read it, fully comprehend it, and properly contemplate it. and make offerings, and through the Hearer Vehicle, or the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, or the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment Buddha Vehicle, they will gradually pass into nirvana through these three vehicles. Sharadvatiputra, thus, this profound Perfection of Wisdom, in the southern regions and the northern regions, in the later times, in the later ages, in the final five hundred, will accomplish the deeds of the Buddha. Why is that? Sharadvatiputra, it is because the intention of the Thus-Gone One is the Perfection of Wisdom. What is the Perfection of Wisdom is the intention of the Thus-Gone One. Sharadvatiputra, when the Dharma and Discipline flourish, the sacred Dharma will not decline, and what is that Dharma? It is this Perfection of Wisdom. Sharadvatiputra, whatever son of good family or daughter of good family holds, cherishes, reads, fully understands, properly attends to, and diligently applies themselves to this profound Perfection of Wisdom, I remember them. Sharadvatiputra, whatever son of good family or daughter of good family copies this profound Perfection of Wisdom, and also makes offerings with many flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and streamers, reveres, honors, esteems, and worships it, I also remember them. Sharadvatiputra, those sons of good family or daughters of good family, by that root of virtue, will never fall into the lower realms; they will experience the complete happiness of gods and humans, and will become superior through the six perfections. Having become superior through those six perfections, they will attend to, revere, honor, esteem, and make offerings to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and through the Hearer Vehicle, or the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, or the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment Buddha Vehicle, they will gradually pass into nirvana through these three vehicles. Why is that? Sharadvatiputra, those sons of good family and daughters of good family are the Thus-Gone Ones.
