The noble truths, the meditations, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the liberations, the successive abidings in absorption, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and the superknowledges are without arising, without ceasing, without universal defilement, and without purification. The complete purity of superknowledge is thus achieved. The concentrations and the gateways of dharani are without arising, without ceasing, without universal defilement, and without purification. The complete purity of the gateways of dharani is thus achieved. The powers of the Tathagata, the fearlessnesses, the separate perfect knowledges, and the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha are without arising, without ceasing, without universal defilement, and without purification. The complete purity of the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha is thus achieved. Up to the all-knowingness, there is no arising, no ceasing, no universal defilement, and no purification. Incomplete hands will not occur. An ugly body will not occur. A body bent with old age will not occur. That son or daughter of good family will not die without abandoning bliss. For that reason, hundreds and thousands of gods will follow, and the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings, and the gods between the retinue of the Pure Abodes, will also follow. Wherever that son or daughter of good family who speaks the Dharma expounds this Perfection of Wisdom, on the eighth, fourteenth, and fifteenth days of the month, there will be a great gathering of gods. That son or daughter of good family, when expounding this Perfection of Wisdom, merit will increase greatly, and the accumulation of merit of that son or daughter of good family will be exceedingly great, without measure, without number, inconceivable, incomparable, immeasurable, inestimable, and will increase greatly. It completely liberates from the realm of animals, and the world of Yama, and from poor humans and gods. It produces birth into a great and high royal lineage. It produces birth into a great and high Brahmin lineage. It produces birth into a great and high householder lineage. It produces the birthplace of the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings.
