O, Subhuti, for example, space is neither expressible nor inexpressible. Subhuti, similarly, the Great Vehicle is also neither expressible nor inexpressible. Therefore, the Great Vehicle is said to be equal to space. Subhuti, in this way, the Vehicle is equal to space, this is the Great Vehicle. Subhuti, whatever you say, just as space opens the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings, so too does the Great Vehicle open the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings. Yes, it is so. Subhuti, it is so, just as space opens the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings, so too does this Great Vehicle open the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings. Why is that? Subhuti, because there are no beings, therefore it should be known that space does not exist. Because space does not exist, therefore it should be known that the Great Vehicle does not exist. Subhuti, in this way, the Great Vehicle opens the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings. Why is that? Subhuti, because whatever beings are, whatever space is, and whatever the Great Vehicle is, all of these are without an object of focus. Why is that? Subhuti, because beings are immeasurable, therefore it should be known that space is immeasurable. Because space is immeasurable, therefore it should be known that the Great Vehicle is immeasurable. Subhuti, in this way, the Great Vehicle opens the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings. Why is that? Subhuti, because whatever beings are, whatever space is, and whatever the Great Vehicle is, all of these are without an object of focus. Why is that? Subhuti, because beings are incalculable, therefore it should be known that space is incalculable. Because space is incalculable, therefore it should be known that the Great Vehicle is incalculable. Subhuti, in this way, the Great Vehicle opens the wisdom of immeasurable and countless beings. Why is that? Subhuti, because whatever beings are, whatever space is, and whatever the Great Vehicle is, all of these are without an object of focus.

Because of the absence of. Furthermore, Subhuti, because there are no sentient beings, it should be understood that there is no realm of Dharma either. Because there is no realm of Dharma, it should be understood that there is no space either. Because there is no space, it should be understood that there is no Great Vehicle either. Because there is no Great Vehicle, it should be understood that there is no immeasurable either. Because there is no immeasurable, it should be understood that there is no innumerable either. Because there is no innumerable, it should be understood that there is no unfathomable either. Because there is no unfathomable, it should be understood that there are no all dharmas either. Subhuti, by those categories, that Great Vehicle awakens immeasurable and innumerable sentient beings. Why is that? Subhuti, it is because whatever sentient being there is, whatever realm of Dharma there is, whatever space there is, whatever Great Vehicle there is, whatever immeasurable there is, whatever innumerable there is, whatever unfathomable there is, and whatever all dharmas there are, all of those are without object. Furthermore, Subhuti, because there are no sentient beings, it should be understood that Suchness is also absent. Because Suchness is absent, it should be understood that space is also absent. Because space is absent, the Great Vehicle is also understood to be absent. Because the Great Vehicle is absent, the immeasurable is also understood to be absent. Because the immeasurable is absent, the innumerable is also understood to be absent. Because the innumerable is absent, the unfathomable is also understood to be absent. Because the unfathomable is absent, all dharmas are also understood to be absent. By those categories, that Great Vehicle awakens immeasurable and innumerable sentient beings. Why is that? Subhuti, it is because whatever sentient being there is, whatever Suchness there is, whatever space there is, whatever Great Vehicle there is, whatever immeasurable there is, whatever innumerable there is, whatever unfathomable there is, and whatever all dharmas there are, all of those are without object. Furthermore, Subhuti, because there is no self, it should be understood that there is no sentient being, no life, no goer, no nourisher, no person, no individual, no powerful one, no lord of power, no doer, no feeler, no knower, and no seer. Because there is no seer, there is no true limit.
