The spiritual friend of a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva is one who teaches the Dharma by not fixating on the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the eye, saying it is impermanent, and who does not allow those roots of virtue to be dedicated to the ground of a Hearer or a Solitary Buddha, but dedicates them entirely to Omniscience. And who teaches the Dharma by not fixating on the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the ear, and the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the nose, and the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the tongue, and the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the body, and the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the mind, saying it is impermanent. And who does not dedicate all the roots of virtue to the ground of a Hearer or a Solitary Buddha, but dedicates them entirely to Omniscience. And who teaches the Dharma by not fixating on the feeling born from the contact arising from the aggregation of the eye, saying it is suffering.
