Is it a place of ghosts? It is the world of Yama. If you fall into the three lower realms in that way, we ourselves will not be able to save you, let alone save others? Therefore, do not give even the slightest opportunity to the mind of evil discipline. Later you will regret it, thus he teaches the Dharma. To all sentient beings who have become malicious to each other, he teaches the Dharma thus: In that way, do not be malicious to each other. If the mind is disturbed, no virtuous Dharma will arise. Therefore, if you are disturbed in mind with each other, sentient beings will either be born in hell, or be born in the animal realm, or there will be a place to be born in the world of Yama. Therefore, do not give even the slightest opportunity to the disturbed mind. Later you will regret it, thus he teaches the Dharma. To all sentient beings who are lazy, he teaches the Dharma thus: Alas, gentlemen, laziness is suffering. Laziness cannot even accomplish one's own benefit, let alone the benefit of others? The result of laziness is: Sentient beings in hell, or the animal realm, or the world of Yama. If you fall into the three lower realms in that way, we ourselves will not be able to save you, let alone save others? Therefore, do not give even the slightest opportunity to the mind of laziness.

If not, what need to mention for the sake of others? Whoever is ripe with perverted wisdom, beings either fall into hell, or are born as animals, or enter the realm of Yama. Therefore, you should not miss any opportunity to correct those with perverted wisdom. Later, teach them the Dharma so that they may regret it. Those who engage in desire, turn them towards the impure. Those who engage in hatred, turn them towards love. Those who engage in ignorance, turn them towards dependent origination. Those who have entered the wrong path, turn them towards the right path, that is, the path of the Hearers, the path of the Solitary Buddhas, or the path of the Buddhas. And teach the Dharma in this way: The dharmas to which you are attached are empty in their own nature. It is impossible to be attached to dharmas that are empty in their own nature. Do not be attached to emptiness, thus teach the Dharma. Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he abides in the superknowledges and benefits sentient beings. With his pure and unobstructed divine eye, he sees all the worlds in the northwest direction. He goes there by means of supernormal powers, and practices generosity, morality, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, or cultivates the mindfulness, the right abandonments, the feet of magical power, the faculties, the powers, the branches of enlightenment, the noble eightfold path, or cultivates the emptiness liberation gate, the signless liberation gate, the wishless liberation gate, or cultivates the meditations, the four immeasurables, the formless absorptions, or cultivates the liberations, the samadhis, the successive abiding samadhis, or cultivates the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, or cultivates the Hearer's Dharma, the Solitary Buddha's Dharma, or the Bodhi-

The Dharma of Bodhicitta, or the Dharma of the Buddhas, is for the benefit of sentient beings. Sentient beings are doing this very thing. To those stingy sentient beings, the Dharma is taught thus: Give alms! Poverty is the source of suffering. A poor person cannot even benefit themselves, let alone benefit others. Thus, you should give alms, and also bring happiness to us, and also bring happiness to others. Oppressed by poverty, flesh and blood consumed, ultimately unable to escape the three lower realms, thus the Dharma is taught. To those with evil precepts, the Dharma is taught thus: Gentlemen, evil precepts are the source of suffering. A person with evil precepts cannot even benefit themselves, let alone benefit others. The result of evil precepts is that sentient beings fall into hell, or are born into the animal realm, or the realm of Yama. Thus, if you fall into the three lower realms, we also cannot save you, let alone save others? Therefore, you should not give the mind of evil precepts even the slightest opportunity. Do not reach a state of regret, thus the Dharma is taught. To those sentient beings who harbor hatred towards each other, the Dharma is taught thus: Thus, you should not harbor hatred towards each other. With an angry mind, no good Dharma can arise. Therefore, if you hate each other, sentient beings will either be born in hell, or be born in the animal realm, or be born in the realm of Yama. Therefore, you should not give the mind of anger even the slightest opportunity. Do not reach a state of regret, thus the Dharma is taught. To those lazy sentient beings, the Dharma is taught thus: Gentlemen, laziness is the source of suffering. A lazy person cannot even benefit themselves, let alone benefit others? The result of laziness is that sentient beings fall into hell, or are born into the animal realm, or the realm of Yama. Thus, if you fall into the three lower realms, we also
