Having seen this, he also goes to those places by means of miraculous power, and having understood the minds of those beings with his mind, he teaches the Dharma in accordance with them, whether it be the teaching of generosity, or the teaching of ethics, or the teaching of patience, or the teaching of diligence, or the teaching of meditation, or the teaching of wisdom, or the teaching of the noble truths, or even the teaching of dependent origination. With his divine eye, he sees the world realms in the lower direction as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and he also sees how many beings are born there.
