The Perfection of Wisdom, one practices the six perfections. When practicing the perfection of generosity, I also give everything away. Others also diligently engage in generosity. One praises the goodness of generosity. One rejoices in the goodness of other beings who give everything away, and acts in harmony with them. Through that generosity, one obtains a great collection of happiness. With a mind free from faults and stinginess, one practices generosity and gives everything away. To those who desire food, one gives food; to those who desire drink, one gives drink; to those who desire a vehicle, one gives a vehicle; to those who desire clothing, one gives clothing; to those who desire incense, one gives incense; to those who desire garlands, one gives garlands; to those who desire ointment, one gives ointment; to those who desire bedding, one gives bedding; to those who desire a dwelling, one gives a dwelling; to those who desire a lamp, one gives a lamp. To those who desire jewels, pearls, lapis lazuli, conch shells, agate, coral, gold, and silver, one gives jewels, pearls, lapis lazuli, conch shells, agate, coral, gold, and silver, and even any human necessities, whatever they may desire, one gives to them. Through that generosity, one perfects the aggregate of morality. One obtains the greatness of the gods. One obtains the greatness of humans. Through that generosity and morality, one obtains the aggregate of concentration. Through that generosity, morality, and concentration, one obtains the aggregate of wisdom. Through that generosity, morality, concentration, and wisdom, one obtains the aggregate of liberation. Through that generosity, morality, concentration, wisdom, and liberation, one obtains the aggregate of the wisdom of liberation. Through that generosity, morality, concentration, wisdom, liberation, and the wisdom of liberation, one transcends the level of hearers and solitary realizers, and enters the faultless ground of bodhisattvas. Having entered the faultless ground of bodhisattvas,

I purify the Buddha-fields completely, and bring all sentient beings to complete maturity, thereby attaining omniscience. Having attained omniscience, I turn the wheel of Dharma. Having turned the wheel of Dharma, I place sentient beings individually on the three vehicles, and completely liberate them from samsara. Subhuti, thus a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva engages in the ultimate practice of generosity, but all of this is without any object of focus. Why is that? It is because, in this way, there is no inherent existence in it. Furthermore, Subhuti, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, from the moment of generating the first thought, upholds and practices the perfection of morality. Moreover, he encourages others to practice the perfection of morality, speaks of the virtues of the perfection of morality, and rejoices and praises the virtues of those who practice the perfection of morality. Through that morality, he fully attains the greatness of gods, and fully attains the greatness of humans. He gives wealth to sentient beings who have no wealth, and establishes them in morality, establishes them in samadhi, establishes them in wisdom, establishes them in liberation, and establishes them in the vision of the wisdom of liberation. With the aggregates of morality, the aggregates of samadhi, the aggregates of wisdom, the aggregates of liberation, and the aggregates of the vision of the wisdom of liberation, he transcends the grounds of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, and with those very aggregates of morality, the aggregates of samadhi, the aggregates of wisdom, the aggregates of liberation, and the aggregates of the vision of the wisdom of liberation, he enters the flawless state of a Bodhisattva. Having entered the flawless state of a Bodhisattva, he purifies the Buddha-fields completely, and brings all sentient beings to complete maturity, thereby attaining omniscience. Having attained omniscience, I turn the wheel of Dharma. Having turned the wheel of Dharma, I place sentient beings individually on the three vehicles.

Completely liberate from samsara. Subhuti, thus a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva ultimately acts with discipline, but all of that is also without object. Why is that? That is because, like this, it has no essence. Subhuti, furthermore, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, from the moment of generating the first thought, takes hold and always acts in the perfection of patience. Furthermore, he also correctly encourages the perfection of patience, speaks of the virtues of the perfection of patience, and also speaks of the virtues of those who act in the perfection of patience, and acts with concordant joy. When he acts in the perfection of patience, he completely satisfies beings with generosity, establishes them in discipline, establishes them in concentration, establishes them in wisdom, establishes them in liberation, and establishes them in the wisdom of seeing liberation. He, with the aggregate of discipline, the aggregate of concentration, the aggregate of wisdom, the aggregate of liberation, and the aggregate of the wisdom of seeing liberation, having surpassed the levels of hearers and solitary Buddhas, With the very aggregate of discipline, the aggregate of concentration, the aggregate of wisdom, the aggregate of liberation, and the aggregate of the wisdom of seeing liberation, the Bodhisattva enters without fault. Having entered without fault as a Bodhisattva, he purifies all the Buddha-fields, ripens beings, and attains omniscience. Having attained omniscience, he turns the wheel of Dharma. Having turned the wheel of Dharma, he separately establishes beings in the three vehicles, and completely liberates them from samsara. Subhuti, thus a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva ultimately acts with patience, but all of that is also without object. Why is that? That is because, like this, it has no essence.
