is not known. That which has the perception of things and the non-existence of the perception of things is the tolerance in accordance with the Bodhisattva Mahasattva. That which has the perception of things and the non-existence of the perception of things is the path to be meditated on. That which has the perception of things and the non-existence of the perception of things is the fruit. Subhuti, the path of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva is without things, and the realization is also without things. Subhuti, in this way, by these various methods, one should also understand that all dharmas are by nature without things. He said: O Bhagavan, if all dharmas are by nature without things, O Bhagavan, how did the Tathagata realize complete enlightenment of all dharmas as being by nature without things? Having realized complete enlightenment, they have dominion over all dharmas. Having attained mastery over the realm. Having said this, the Blessed One said to the venerable Subhuti: Subhuti, here, when I formerly practiced the conduct of a Bodhisattva, when practicing the six perfections, I dwelt near the first dhyana, which is isolated from desire, isolated from sinful and unwholesome dharmas, accompanied by thought and examination, and possessing joy and happiness born of solitude. When the thought and examination were pacified, the inner being was completely purified, and the stream of consciousness became one-pointed, I dwelt near the second dhyana, which is without thought and examination, and possesses joy and happiness born of concentration. Being free from attachment to joy, I dwelt in equanimity with mindfulness and awareness, experiencing happiness with the body, and the noble ones say that mindfulness and happiness are equanimity. Thus it is said, I dwelt near the third dhyana, which is without joy. Having abandoned happiness and abandoned suffering, and since the former mental pleasure and displeasure had already ceased, there was neither happiness nor suffering, but complete

Having approached and abided in the fourth pure meditation. However, I grasped the characteristics of these meditations and their branches, but I was not deluded by these meditations, did not taste the flavor of meditation, and did not focus on meditation. Therefore, I perfectly established these meditations in complete purity. Therefore, I matured these meditations, and directed my mind to manifest various kinds of knowledge, directed my mind to manifest the knowledge of the divine ear, directed my mind to manifest the knowledge of knowing the minds of others, directed my mind to manifest the knowledge of remembering past lives, and directed my mind to manifest the knowledge of the divine eye. However, I grasped the characteristics of those superknowledges to be manifested, but I was not known by those superknowledges, did not taste their flavor, and did not focus on them. I perfectly established these five superknowledges with correct recollection, like the sky. Therefore, with the wisdom of a single moment, I manifested the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and truly knew: 'This is suffering, this is the origin of suffering, this is the cessation of suffering, this is the path that leads to the cessation of suffering.' Therefore, I possessed the ten powers of the Tathagata, possessed the four fearlessnesses, possessed the four analytical knowledges, possessed great love, possessed great compassion, possessed the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, and prophesied the three aggregates for sentient beings. Subhuti asked: "Venerable One, how did the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, generate the four meditations of the nature of non-existent entities? How did he generate the six superknowledges of the nature of non-existent entities? How did he generate the ten powers of the Tathagata of the nature of non-existent entities? How did he generate the non-existent
