After manifesting and awakening to the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment, I should proclaim these dharmas that are so peaceful and so excellent. Such thinking is difficult to do. Subhuti, in this way, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, after manifesting and awakening to the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment, become the refuge of the world.
