Those who are endowed with the ten paths of virtuous actions, as well as the four dhyanas, the four immeasurables, the four formless absorptions, and the five supernormal cognitions, are those with conceptual awareness. Thus, all sentient beings who have become stream-enterers, all sentient beings who have become once-returners, all sentient beings who have become non-returners, all sentient beings who have become Arhats, all sentient beings who have become Pratyekabuddhas, to them, with clothes, alms, bedding, medicinal remedies, and many implements, they serve, respect, honor, and make offerings. Those sons or daughters of good families are also those with conceptual awareness. Then the Four Great Kings, together with twenty thousand sons of the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings, with palms joined, with joyful minds, prostrated to the Bhagavan, and spoke thus: O Bhagavan, how wonderful it is that the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, with skillful means, through the manner of non-objectification, the manner of non-attachment, the manner of non-sign, and the manner of non-action, dedicate those roots of virtue to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. In any way, it will not become two, nor will it become non-two. Such dedication is the exceedingly great dedication of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. Then, Indra, the lord of the gods, together with thousands of sons of the gods of the retinue of the Thirty-Three, holding many divine flowers, divine incense, divine garlands, divine perfumes, divine unguents, divine powders, divine garments, divine umbrellas, divine victory banners, and divine streamers, making divine music, and those divine flowers, divine incense, divine garlands, divine perfumes, divine unguents, divine powders, divine garments, divine umbrellas, divine victory banners, and divine streamers...
