Then, the lord of the gods, Indra, said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, if a great precious jewel is placed in a certain container, even if it is taken out of that container, the container will be pleasing because of the merits of that precious jewel, and affection will also arise for that container. Blessed One, similarly, wherever this Prajñāpāramitā is, the physical or mental suffering of those sons or daughters of good family, and all harm caused by humans or non-humans, will not exist. Blessed One, what is called a great precious jewel is another name for Prajñāpāramitā, another name for Sarvākārajñāna. Blessed One, how much can the merits of Prajñāpāramitā be spoken of?
