Even so, Kauśika, you should recite this Prajñāpāramitā in front of them. By the root of virtue of hearing this Prajñāpāramitā, and by having faith in the Prajñāpāramitā, they will be born in that heavenly realm. Why is that? Kauśika, hearing this Prajñāpāramitā is so meaningful, that any son or daughter of good family, whoever hears this Prajñāpāramitā, all of them, by that root of virtue, will eventually awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Why is that? Kauśika, it is like this: all the Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely awakened Buddhas, along with their assemblies of Śrāvakas, who appeared in the past, all of them, having trained in this Prajñāpāramitā, completely passed into Nirvāṇa in the realm of Nirvāṇa without remainder. All the Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely awakened Buddhas, along with their assemblies of Śrāvakas, who will appear in the future, will also train in this very Prajñāpāramitā, and will awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Now, in the ten directions of the world, all the Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely awakened Buddhas, along with their assemblies of Śrāvakas, who dwell and teach, all of them, having trained in this very Prajñāpāramitā, awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. The supreme mantra is thus. World-Honored One, for example, the Prajñāpāramitā is the mantra that is unequal to the equal. What is the reason for that? World-Honored One, it is because the Prajñāpāramitā abandons all non-virtuous dharmas and accomplishes all virtuous dharmas. The World-Honored One said: Kauśika, it is just so, it is just so. Kauśika, for example, the Prajñāpāramitā is the great mantra. Kauśika, for example, the Prajñāpāramitā is the supreme mantra.
