. The later limit is not perceived, the middle is not perceived, in emptiness, neither the edge nor the middle is perceived. Furthermore, if it is said, for what reason, because immeasurable things are all boundless, bodhisattvas should also be known as all boundless? Son of Sharadvati, endowed with life, immeasurable things are equal to space, why is that? That which is said, "A Bodhisattva should be known as boundless," is because, son of the venerable Sharadvati, the liberations are equal to the sky. Why is that? Son of the venerable Sharadvati, similarly, because liberation is emptiness. Liberation has no prior limit, no subsequent limit, no middle limit, because emptiness has no limit or middle.
