What is the reason for that? Blessed One, decay is not one, not two, not many, not different. Therefore, the decay of each of the perfectly wise ones is not each of the perfectly wise ones. Blessed One, the decay of great loving-kindness is not great loving-kindness. Therefore, great loving-kindness and decay are not two, and cannot be divided into two. What is the reason for that? Blessed One, decay is not one, not two, not many, not different. Therefore, the decay of great loving-kindness is not great loving-kindness. Blessed One, the decay of great compassion is not great compassion. Therefore, great compassion and decay are not two, and cannot be divided into two. What is the reason for that? Blessed One, decay is not one, not two, not many, not different. Therefore, the decay of great compassion is not great compassion. Blessed One, the decay of the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha is not the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha. Therefore, the unshared qualities of the Buddha and decay are not two, and cannot be divided into two. What is the reason for that? Blessed One, decay is not one, not two, not many, not different. Therefore, the decay of the unshared qualities of the Buddha is not the unshared qualities of the Buddha. Blessed One, the decay of all-knowing wisdom is not all-knowing wisdom.
