Practices generosity pāramitā. Practices diligence pāramitā. Practices concentration pāramitā. Practices wisdom pāramitā. Because of that, possessing the power of faith and the power of diligence, with skillful means, deliberately contemplating, one undertakes the complete holding of the body. Because of the stability of the roots of virtue, this Bodhisattva Mahāsattva is born into a great and noble family of kings. Born into a great and noble family of Brahmins. Born into a great and noble family of householders. Born among the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings. Born among the gods of the Thirty-three. Born among the gods of Yama. Born among the gods of Tuṣita. Born among the gods of Nirmāṇarati. Born among the gods of Paranirmita-vaśavartin. Abiding in each of those, one will completely ripen sentient beings, and will make offerings to each of those with all the implements of happiness. The Buddha-fields also become completely pure. One will also attend upon and honor the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas. One will make offerings, respect, revere, and worship. One will also not fall into the ground of the Śrāvakas or the Pratyekabuddhas. This Bodhisattva Mahāsattva will not turn back until he has manifestly awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Thus, knowing well, Śāradvatīputra, this also is the complete purification of the Dharma-eye of the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva. Śāradvatīputra, furthermore, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, this Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, is predicted to attain unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. This is unpredicted. This is definite. This is indefinite. This is to be predicted. This is not to be predicted. These are irreversible, having obtained power. These are not irreversible, not having obtained power. Having gone to worlds in the southern direction as numerous as the grains of sand in the river Ganges, he delights the Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly complete Buddhas. They perform service, reverence, respect, and offerings. This one will attain supernormal knowledge. This one will not attain supernormal knowledge. This one will attain patience. This one will not attain patience. This one will attain power. This one will not attain power. The Buddha-field of this Bodhisattva Mahāsattva will become completely pure. The Buddha-field of this Bodhisattva Mahāsattva will not become completely pure. This Bodhisattva Mahāsattva is endowed with great aspirations. This Bodhisattva Mahāsattva is not endowed with great aspirations. This one has completely ripened sentient beings. This one has not completely ripened sentient beings.
