Because a Bodhisattva Mahasattva possesses such wisdom, he can see Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksambuddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the northern world. He can also hear the Dharma. He can also see the Bodhisattva Sangha and the various distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields. Because a Bodhisattva Mahasattva possesses such wisdom, he can see Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksambuddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the northeastern direction. He can also hear the Dharma. He can also see the Bodhisattva Sangha and the various distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields. Because a Bodhisattva Mahasattva possesses such wisdom, he can see Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksambuddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the southeastern direction. He can also hear the Dharma. He can also see the Bodhisattva Sangha and the various distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields. Because the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva possesses such wisdom, he sees Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly awakened Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in the world-realms of the upper direction, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River. I also hear the Dharma. I also see the Saṃgha of Bodhisattvas and the various distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields. The Bodhisattva Mahāsattva who possesses such wisdom does not generate the perception of Buddha. He does not generate the perception of Dharma. He does not generate the perception of Saṃgha. He does not generate the perception of Śrāvaka. He does not generate the perception of Pratyekabuddha. He does not generate the perception of Bodhisattva. He does not generate the perception of Buddha. He does not generate the perception of self. He does not generate the perception of other. He does not generate the perception of Buddha-field. The Bodhisattva Mahāsattva who possesses such wisdom practices the Perfection of Giving, but does not fixate on the Perfection of Giving. He practices the Perfection of Ethics, but does not fixate on the Perfection of Ethics. He practices the Perfection of Patience, but does not fixate on the Perfection of Patience. He practices the Perfection of Diligence, but does not fixate on the Perfection of Diligence. He practices the Perfection of Meditation, but does not fixate on the Perfection of Meditation.
